We got the Handyman Special of $260 for 2 guys working 4 hours. They did a great job on a variety of tasks, repairing drywall, putting up some drywall, installing a door, re-installing baseboards (which called for some carpentry), and a few other tasks. Some of the work involved fixing and cleaning up where other workers had left a mess or incomplete situation. They got a lot done in 4 hours and I am quite happy with the quality of the work.

There were some things that were very right and they're okay. What was good is that they were efficiently very careful in taking care of the paintings except that they also painted short a couple of windows. I was very happy but then when they left, I realized I couldn't open my windows. I opened my windows with the paint job that they did. One of the two guys was great and the other one was just lax. They got most of it right. They were on time and they communicated well. At the same time, they painted the windows shut and then I opened the windows and ruin the paint job. It's a kind of disappointment. It's the kind of deal where they do some of it well and some of it not well.

They did some miscellaneous jobs including replacing a ceiling fan, a bathroom fan, reinstalling a towel rack, and replacing a bathroom faucet. My only complaint is how long we had to schedule the appointment out. If you can wait, Shawn and Chris were professional and efficient.

So much time was spent on trying to remedy the problem little else was done. The owner left at noon for another job. I had no electric till the next day. The owner did send an electrical company to fix the problem which I'm grateful for. It turned out poorly for both of us.

Shawn and Chris repaired exterior siding boards on my house that were deteriorating. They were very efficient and skilled. With the remaining time in the contracted 4 hours, they repaired some boards in my deck and applied stain. I definitely would hire them again.

Everything on my list was completed and more. I couldn't be happier with the amount of work done and the quality of the work. Will definitely use again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. We liked them. We had them back again and we are planning to have them back again. They did a really good job and it seemed like they were working really hard the whole time. We paid additional because we had them come back the next day. He came back again to do a couple of small things on his way to do something else and didn't even charge us that time.

They did a good job. They just got everything that I needed to get the job done, I think I could have gotten more done if I had more for them to work on so I would say they were efficient. They are personable and provided insights on other projects I might have so I think they did a good job.

It went really well. I'm very satisfied. They were early, worked really hard and didn't waste any time at all and I will use these guys again. They were great, good to interact with and everything just went really smooth.

All work was excellent. I hired Sean and Chris using a "deal" of a handyman for 8 hours (purchased 2 days worth). On Sean's recommendation, each 8 hour purchase was performed by 2 people for 4 hours. That is the way to go because sometimes a task was best performed with 2 people. They got an amazing amount of work done in the time period. They are very efficient, fast, but never sloppy. I am picky, and I was completely satisfied with quality. I was particularly impressed with Sean's diagnosis of problems. My 1976 townhouse isn't the greatest quality of construction, and most of the interior doors wouldn't shut properly. I'd assumed it was due to paint build-up on the frame and jambs, but Sean determined quite quickly that it was actually bowing in the side members of the frame around the openings. He fixed it by finding the bowed spots and placing screws to better secure the side piece to the wall studs. Every one of those doors now close beautifully. One door had a different problem that required the door to be cut down. He did it carefully, causing no chipping or splitting. Swapped out many light fixtures, cost a fraction of what it would have cost for an electrician. They took a lot of care not to make messes, no banging things into my walls, and cleaned up any messes created by a task. Both Sean and Chris were a lot of fun to have around to, great senses of humor, interacted in a relaxed and friendly way with me and with each other, but never stopped work...work accomplishment was always their focus. Have a list of things you want done, because they are going to power thru the work and turn to ask "what's next?" I'm planning on having them return when I'm ready for another round or two of fixing my the place. They are so good I'm even willing to hire them for regular price:)

They were great. I wasn’t there but my husband worked with them. He had wonderful things to say about them. They were timely and very skilled. He was really impressed with the main handyman; he had brought an assistant with him as well. The price for the big deal was really good.

These guys were fast and efficient. I ran out of tasks for them to do. The job they did was clean and meticulous. I will hire them back in a heartbeat. Thanks Shawn!!!!

Things are good so far, I will know more when they do the work.

Shawn and Chris arrived on time .The deck and fan install was done very professionally, on time and on budget. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. The clean up after the work was completed was total and excellent I HIGHLY recommend them and I will use them again when I find I need them.

They could not schedule me when I wanted. Then they didn't show up on the day/time they were finally supposed to. Apparently they went to the wrong address but made no effort to contact me at all in the days following. When I finally contacted them they said "oh, we must've been at the wrong address", but didn't attempt to reschedule or anything! When I asked them about rescheduling they were just could not get me in soon enough (even though it was their fault in the first place). At that point, I was just done with them. They obviously have plenty of customers and don't need my business.

Shawn is amazing! He came highly recommended and gave the best estimate (not the lowest and not the highest). We are 'first time' home buyers and were nervous about such a big project, but Shawn came in and walked us through the process. It took a couple of days longer than expected, but it was worth it and we also added another project at the very end for some major patchwork. It all looks flawless and clean! I would recommend him to anyone and we can't wait for another project so we can hire him back.

Shawn showed up on time, and was courteous and professional. He made several suggestions that made the project go more smoothly. The finished result looks great. I will be hiring him for more projects.

They were prompt, friendly, and professional. My expectations with the painting were exceeded (which is hard to do). Shawn patched holes and cut in/finished the paint to perfection. The caulking/grout though not perfect is a huge improvement over what was there. We are happy with their work.

They were incredibly professional, kind and efficient. I actually bought another coupon to use their services again. They were speedy and kept asking what else they could fix!! They will be painting For us this month!

I purchased a big deal from them and it went well.

I had a list for them to do when they, Shawn and Chris, arrived. They arrived early and immediately started to go to work. They installed a ceiling fan, recaulked my bathroom tile, built and installed a cabinet panel for my dishwasher side. I supplied all the material and fan. They worked for a solid 4 hours completing my "to do" list. Shawn and Chris discussed the projects and when they started on my fourth "to do" project (replacing floor laminent), Shawn made it known of certain reservations he had. He offered to come back another day to allow more time to complete the project since it was getting close to their quiting time. To complete the prepaid time, Shawn and Chris completed a few other of my projects. I was very pleased with how they were working and how they completed the projects, I agreed and they returned a few days later to complete my flooring project. Over all, all my projects listed above were completed, and they fixed my outdoor fence gate. Shawn told me his family background is in drywalling/texturing. He gave me pointers on removing the dreaded popcorn ceilings and offered his services to retexture or do the whole removal replace ceiling work. I thought both Shawn and Chris were very professional, polite, friendly, reliable, and experienced. I would recommend them to my friends.

These guys did a great job. I figured I had more than 8 hours worth of work for them, but they completed all the tasks and I had to come up with more for them! I would definitely have them do work for me in the future.
