Price was twice what I expected to pay they somehow managed to run my bill up to $800 dollars for one couch and a table. they used to be very good but now they seem intent on getting every dollar they can. If you do use them get a quote and amke it clear your not paying any more than that or they will tack on rediculous upcharges

They came to take my old sofa away. It was on the second floor. When they came down the steps I asked them several times to not hit the banister. They hit (gouged) the banister. I was upset and asked them to have their manager call me as they were putting the sofa on the truck. While I was on the phone explaining how much it was going to cost me to fix the banister I did not realize that the guys were taking my sofa off the truck and just leaving it in the road in front of my house ( They did not even have the decency to put it out of the way of traffic.) The manager offered to send a repairman but I explained that I wanted my own. We left it at that. I then went outside to find my sofa in the road. I am 71 and in no way could move the sofa. I was in shock that they did that. I called Goodwill, ARC etc. and no one could come get it. I finally had to call my son to leave work and come help me move it. It was an awful experience. The lasting impression I have is that customer satisfaction was not a priority. The manager's main concern was getting his $79 for the sofa space on the truck.

The service turned out well. They were very helpful. They were very polite and gracious even though there was more. They were great to work with.

Setting up the appointment online was a snap. You can pick your day and time from their available appointment times. Three young strong men arrived right on time, and were joined a bit later by a fourth young man with a second truck. They were polite and professional, friendly and enthusiastic, and did I mention strong? They followed me around my house, yard and garage as I pointed out the items I wanted them to take away. These included a very heavy old television set and its stand, rubber trash barrels full of yard waste and construction materials, an old dishwasher, some ancient broken vacuum cleaners and assorted cardboard boxes and other small items. One of the men quoted me a price which he said was based on volume, not weight and I agreed to it. It was a bit high, but the convenience of them coming to me and doing all the heavy lifting was way worth it. As soon as I agreed and signed off on the estimate, they got to work and moved things out of my house and yard lickety-split. I almost had to run to keep up with them, pointing out yes this, no, not that, and so forth. They were done with the moving in about 30 minutes, and then spent about 10 minutes more, loading all the junk in their truck and sweeping my driveway afterwards. I was so happy to see the junk gone, and in such a quick way, I can't recommend 1-800-GOT-JUNK highly enough. I will certainly be using them in the future.

Reservation online was easy. They called within 30 minutes of their window to let me know their status. They were short a team, apologized, and asked if they arrived at or just after the agreed upon window, would that be ok. They kept me informed of their status and arrived right at the end of the two hour window. They were very pleasant, 3 of them. They explained the billing and gave me an estimate. I was prepared for the price by researching comments on the internet. They bill by how much of the truck the stuff fills. The price plus optional tip was high ($435), but they removed everything quickly. They said they try to recycle or resell. But, they treated it like junk, not as carefully as one would if you wanted to get maximum resale value. Nevertheless, they removed everything and quickly. Overall the service was very much as advertised and described on the internet. Although expensive, it was worth it to have the heavy and difficult to manage stuff out of the way quickly and efficiently.

Arrived right on time, very polite. It was rainy so there were some muddy footprints left, want to use later for basement clean up. Expect use of shoe covers. Price reflects coupon, would have been more than expected without.

Crew arrived during the scheduled time window, and called ahead when they were on the way. They removed everything we asked them to. They were very friendly and reliable.

From booking on the internet through the removal it went well. The company called to confirmt he order the day of theorder. A gentleman called the day before to make sure I was ready, and the driver called to say they were on their way and when they woudl arrive. They looked at th epile of junk, gave me and estaimate and after I accepted removed everything. Thedy also swept up after the removal. Services was good and professionally delivered. Price is high, but for the convenience and responsiveness worth it.

The pro are that I called the night before and they were there the next morning. The con is that you pay for that convenience. The price to 3 men for 3 hours to haul away construction debris seemed outrageous to me but I was stuck and needed it done right away. I would not use them again. I think there are similar services for less money. I just wish I had had more time to price shop

They arrived on time, gave an estimate which was accepted. They completed the job in good time and left.

The two drivers did an excellent job. They called and confirmed the time of arrival and were punctual. Before starting the job, a complete price estimate was presented. The two men worked very efficiently and completed the job in about thirty minutes. In summary, 1-800-Got Junk? performed exactly as they advertised on their website. I will certainly utilize their services in the future.

They were great. They came out right away. The guy who came out was great. He was very helpful and he tried to give me a price break on the work that he did. I was extremely satisfied and I would use them again.

The pricing was outrageous and I did not think it was going to be that much. They were professional, but just charged way too much and I felt like I got ripped off.

THEY WERE EFFICIENT AND THOROUGH IN CLEANING AND REMOVING ALL DEBRIS FROM MY YARD. THEY HAULED AWAY ALL THE DEBRIS. THEY WERE AVAILABLE TO PERFORM THIS SERVICE SHORTLY AFTER THE SNOW STORM WHICH WAS VERY CONVENIENT.
