+ -1 moreOnce they delivered the TV, it was apparent it was used. It wasn't working properly and they refused to take it back. I also purchased a fridge and specified the model I wanted. They delivered another model and refused to take it back. Despite my saying otherwise, they continued to install it.
Description of Work: I purchased a TV that I was told was new but in fact was not.
