Ken and Jennifer were great. We are dealing with pet stains and smells which, as many are aware, are very challenging. After cleaning, the house smelled much fresher and the carpet was greatly improved. They have continued to provide support and suggested products to help manage our ongoing situation with an older pet. I will definitely continue to use their services.
