When I called to make an appointment to get my windows measured, the recepionist told me to call on that day and remind her that I had an appointment... The guy that measured my windows didn't get accurate measurements because he was in such a hurry, and he wasn't even going to measure all the downstairs windows, he measured two and looked at the rest and said, "They're all the same". I had already measured a few downstairs windows to replace window coverings, and knew that they were NOT all the same size. I informed him and he then measured those windows. I waited SIX WEEKS before they called me back with a quote!!!! I wasn't about to call and ask, I had already made up my mind to have someone else, anyone else do the job because they were so unprofessional. But it just amazed me that they acutally thought someone would wait six weeks for an estimate! They are the only window replacement business in town, so I'm having a general contractor do the job. Maybe they figure that since they are the only window replacement business in town that they can be unprofessional, and neglect their clients, but I would rather pay a lot more money to have the job done right.
