Did not stand behind their work. Removed the toilet to fix a partial clog. Verbally guaranteed the work. They did not replace the toilet properly resulting in leaking that required a second service call for which they charged full price. When I requested a more reasonable charge I was threatened with a lien against my property. I don't recommend them and we won't be return customers.

considering the size of the territory they cover, they did an excellent job of keeping me informed and appearing exactly when they were scheduled. they explained what they were doing , were quick, efficient and courteous. I'd hire them again in a minute.
