Ryan and his team installed the new pump with PVC pipe at the beginning of August. The pump worked for about a month. When I contacted Ryan about fixing it he said I was out of luck. He said the pump was off warranty because it had set on his shelf for nearly a year. I didn't understand how this was my fault. After contacting him many times he stopped fielding my phone calls. The only time he would speak with me is if I called from a number he didn't recognize. A full year later he promised to put in a new pump and give me the labor costs for free if I paid for the pump. He has never fulfilled that promise. He is back to screening my calls. Ryan has proven to be an unethical, lying businessman. He has treated our family with disrespect. I feel like he stole our $500. He seems to be have low moral character and I would recommend that anyone and everyone avoid his business. I would rather irrigate 1000 acres by hand then give him another dollar. Avoid this business at all costs!
