 + 0 moreHe was excited about the original job showed up with in two days to tear the ceramic tile out and prep for the install. It stopped there. He was six weeks to return and would not return any phone calls to his office or cell. He would also not respond to any text messages. He finally showed up with a 2 hour advance notice that he was going to install the shower. He showed up installed the shower and left. A week later when we connected the drain to the shower and used it..... IT STILL LEAKED! He has not returned any calls, texts, or messages let with Charles. I will have to hire a different contractor next time.
Description of Work: Replace a ceramic tiled shower that was leaking with a cultured marble shower surround.
