+ -1 moreThen they called in about a month to say they were available. ? So do you come this far or not??? It's hard to rate them by the form. I would have much rather used them. Confused.
Description of Work: They told me they didn't come up this far. I scheduled with someone else.

+ -1 moreI?ve used them in the past two times and every time, including this one, I?ve been very pleased with their efficiency and professional work.
Description of Work: Responded to somewhat of an emergency on Saturday. They figure out 2 possible problems with the septic pump. The same day they pumped out the septic tank. On Monday they came and figured out that the least expensive option for fixing the pump was appropriate. Recommended not to go with the more expensive option and fixed the pump then and there quickly and efficiently and sent me a picture of the problem.

+ -1 moreShirley Septic gave us an approximate arrival time, and the truck arrived promptly. They performed the pumping of our septic tank without any problems, and they finished in the expected time allotted. No problems. We will call upon them again for future maintenance.
Description of Work: Shirley Septic pumped out our septic tank. This was a routine pumping for us that occurs approximately every two years. We found the septic tank covers, and Shirley Septic did the rest.

+ -1 moreShirley Septic is one of the few service companies in the area that understands the meaning of "customer service." They are prompt and reliable and do their work efficiently at reasonable prices. In addition to the tank pumping, I had Shirley install a riser and effluent filter. They sent two men out to install the tank riser and filter. The work was completed in under an hour and the installer took the time to explain what the service requirements of the filter are, and how (and when) it should be serviced. I have used Shirley Septic for the past 10 years and recommend them highly to others.
Description of Work: Shirley Septic Pumping cleans my septic tank regularly (every two years). This winter they also installed a riser on my tank to improve access for pumping. This riser eliminates the necessity for me digging down 18 inches for lid removal to pump the tank. Additionally, they installed an effluent filter on the outlet side of the tank to prevent solids from entering the drain field, thereby extending the life-span of he drain field..

+ -1 moreI always have problems around the house on special occasions. This time it was Thanksgiving! But despite the fact that it was a holiday they answered the phone promptly and found time to come to my house and help me. It's a detail but it says a lot about the company and how they work.
Description of Work: I had the main line of drains of the house fixed because there was a tree root stuck in it. So they had to dig a lot and remove the root. After that they redid the whole piping. Three men did the job in a day and a half.
