Estimated and fabricated two custom 16 feet Sunseeker awnings. Work was done on time, installation on time, and awnings look great and work as advertised. Tyler and his team were first rate. Not one problem.

Twenty-one years ago Conifer Gutters put new gutters on our house. Over time, the slope has gotten messed up likely due to the house shifting with our bentonite soil. When it rained a lot of water just poured over the sides of the gutters in several large areas. I thought maybe we needed new gutters. I decided to go with Conifer Gutters again - certainly no warranty at this point, but maybe they would feel a little responsibility. I called and the fellow thought I probably just needed them resloped. He came out and checked them, and fortunately we had had rain the day before, so the problems were obvious. He measured and quoted me a price and said the would give me a call in a few weeks when they got a little caught up, which was fine. Two weeks later they called and came out the next day and did the job in just a few hours, resloping, sealing, and securing the gutters. The last few weeks the gutters have been well tested. Now I can look out the window and not feel like I am standing behind Niagara Falls. So I am quite satisfied with the job.

Contacted Conifer Gutter for a quote on a remove/replace of a gutter system on a home newly purchased. As a small, local contractor they were not as responsive as some other suppliers, but once engaged they were very thorough, consultative and cost effective for the quality of work done. CG worked with us on styles, finishes and features including reviewing the advantages of 6" gutter over the 5" original to the home. Once onsite the installation team was quick and clean in both the removal and installation.

From the estimate to the installation everything very professional. Had one glitch with a back ordered part due to the unique color. They called to update us frequently and we were able to use the old downspout until correct part arrived. I appreciated that they did not request payment until the project was 100% complete. Very pleased with the project and would use again.

Everything went very well. Their lead foreman was exceptional - He was very experienced & had run his own hardware company for 25 years, so he was very knowledgeable. He served as a very good team lead for the crew.

Problem was probably the estimator. He apparently forgot what we had discussed and "created" the work to be done. From the estimate we were sent, we could not tell he misunderstood. After the work was completed (per his creation) we had to pay for the correct work to be done. He claimed we needed everything that was done, but we don't remember agreeing to some of it. Even though it was their error, we didn't get a break on the additional pricing. If we had had the total in the first place, they wouldn't have got the work. (The resulting price was in line with our most expensive estimate) Also, they changed the color selection and the timing of the installation became totally unpredictable. Unfortunately once we were committed (both in time and money) it wasn't practical or economical to switch contractors. While they came highly recommended, we wouldn't go back with a different estimator and great detail in the specification of the work.

Conifer Gutters was great to work with. Tyler came out quickly to give me a bid, and didn't try to up-sell me. The crew arrived a day earlier than scheduled, and finished within two days. They were all very polite and professional. The only odd part of the whole job concerned a section of gutter that needed to be special ordered. The rest of the job had been completed for some time, and I got no word about the status of the special order, and no response to a number of messages. I did finally hear from Tyler, and he admitted that that order had been inadvertently cancelled, and had to be re-ordered. It was installed quickly after that, and I appreciated his honesty. I would definitely recommend this company.

They came and installed new gutters and did a repair for us in August. We had some problems this spring with some leaks so they came back and basically repitched the gutters, they had done it wrong in the first place. They changed the pitch by an inch or so free of charge, so they followed up on their own work based on our complaint. I'd give them 5 stars for responsiveness and accountability. It took them a couple of weeks to come make the repair when I made the call. The staff was great. They were responsive and conscientious.

We needed gutter covers due to the height of our roof and the number of evergreen trees around our house which shed large pine needles that plug our gutters. Conifer gutter responded immediately to our request for and estimate. The owner of the facility thoroughly explained that a "screen" system would work the best for our house regarding pine needles/aspen leaves and ice in the winter. We were also told that one of our gutter pipe drains was too small for the amount of roof that it was covering and for a minimal charge and larger diameter drain was installed to help prevent excessive water from draining directly off of the roof and not thru a gutter. We signed a contract and the gutters were installed within two weeks with minimal disruption to us. We will call this company again for any future gutter problems.

Very well. Got a prompt and thorough estimate in response to our call. Tyler went over quality features, warranty, etc. Was told the wait would be 2-3 weeks, but they called much sooner with a short-notice opening for the following day. Completed the work, cleaned up, provided invoice for exact amount of the quote. 100% perfect color and style match; provided extra capacity downspout for high-rate flow. Was exactly as promised.

They showed up to give me my estimate. I thought the leak guard that they used was a bit on the pricey side, but the rest was good. The quality of their work and their responsiveness were very good. If I needed this type of service again I might look around, but if I had an emergency I would call them first. I would probably end up with them anyways.

They did a nice clean job of installing all the gutters, downspouts and "Leaf Defier" and disposing of all the old material.

Initial contact and estimate was performed in a timely manner; they called back when they said they would, and scheduled me for a week later. They showed up on time, and did a very good job on the project, which is saying a lot because I'm very picky and detail-oriented. The workmen were friendly, polite, answered all my questions, and accommodated my special requests, including hauling away the old downspouts (which had been removed last fall). Although it was really a small job, it turned out to be more difficult than expected, but they completed it without complaint. They even resealed some shingle nails that were popping up. The cost seemed exceptionally good (although I didn't shop around at all).

Overall we had a good experience with this company. They provided a very detailed estimate in line with others in the area and completed the job as described and on time. They also cleaned up completely after this job. We have had no problems and are satisfied with the work as completed.
