+ -1 moreOverall- very good. This is a follow-up to a previous report I submitted. Mark explained the reasons why he did not respond to my calls. (His voice mail system had some problems and in the process of fixing them, his provider erased all of his messages, including all those from me). His response and follow-up has been superb. .

+ -1 moreAdvance Exteriors originally installed the vinyl siding in 1993. The original installation was good. But the owner's followup has not been good. I tried several times to get them to come out and replace some damaged siding last year and finally gave up. No phone calls were returned. Now I have some hail damage to the facia and once again I cannot even get a return phone call. That makes their warranty worthless. Their service after the sale is abysmal
