+ -1 moreThe parking lot looks great and is holding up well. My only complaint would be that they were a little tough to get to nail down a time to do the work. They canceled on us twice, then arrived about an hour after they had said they would. This created a bit of trouble for our tenants who had to park on the street. Their quote was significantly less than the others we received, so I guess you get the good with the bad.
Description of Work: They removed parking blocks and cleaned the parking lot and applied oil and 2 inches of asphalt to a 467 sq. yard parking lot. They re-set blocks and re-striped.

+ -1 moreKEN STROCK WAS THE ESTIMATOR AND CONTACT FOR THIS PROJECT AT MY BUILDING. THE JOB WAS PRICED NEARLY THE SAME AS WORK THEY DID 4 YEARS AGO (WITH OIL PRICES UP I WAS SURPRISED!). WORK WAS DONE ON A WEEKEND. QUALITY WAS OUTSTANDING!
Description of Work: PARKING LOT PATCH AND REPAIR PERFORMED IN OCTOBER OF 2005. 2500 SQ FT PATCH / TEAR OUT. ASPHALT WORK. DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS.
