Mike was very courteous and knowledgeable. He saved us a lot of money and headache by finding a way to remove the old pool light wiring when other companies had given up. We almost had to cut, remove and replace the concrete. That would have been very costly. I would recommend Ryerson and Co. To any of my friends.

Removed the Log siding on a 3 story Insulated Concrete Form house and found the poured concrete walls were not plumbed. Shimmed the walls out plumb and then sprayed insulating foam in the cavity created by the shimming process. Applied cement fiber siding and trimmed out windows and doors. Installed French Double Doors in the living room going out onto 2nd floor deck. Installed a Patio door and entry way door in the first floor. Due to the shape of the house, much of the work had to be done from a Man Lift machine. Wood Stove pipe was going through the living room ceiling and to the out side. Ryerson and Co. Built a Chimney box on the roof, and installed ceiling cap and metal fire box through ceiling, double insulated pipe inside house, through fire box in ceiling and out the roof and cap for chimney. Sided chimney with cement fiber siding and cement fiber corner trim. Flashed out the deck on the second floor for future work of making the deck water proof. Ryerson and Company did a First Class job and were especially easy to work with. When I wanted something changed, they did complied without comment.

Ryerson and Company removed the concrete deck around the swimming pool. Dug up the pipes and replaced the pipes that were leaking. They then poured a new concrete deck. They did excellent work.
