Excellent value. The technician arrived on time and replaced the garage door springs in a timely manner.

Did a thorough job adjusting my springs and tuning up my garage door.

Hired them to replace my broken spring on the garage for my rental property. While the technican was there, he called me first and told me the rollers were looking pretty bad and needed replacement, and it would cost $169 so I declined. Then he called again and told me the pair of cables were bad and needed to be replaced, after he quoted $69, I declined again. Since he was working on the springs, put on the cable would take him no more than 10 minutes extra, and the cables cost less than $10 at lowes. Again the rollers would take maybe 20min when the springs was been putting on, and rollers costs maybe $40. So I figured they were charging $360+/hr for any extra labor. When I asked their customer service next day , I was told that the $69 was JUST for the cables, NO LABOR! I can go to their store and buy it for $10, but for them to bring the cable to me that's the price. My suggestion, if you want them to come over do any work, just stick to the original work and set the price before hiring them.

Quick response, was here within two hours on a weekend. Kodie was great, came in, found an odd issue and got it resolved quickly and professionally.

Great service. The installer came back two weeks later for a free service call after we dislodged the sensor on the door. Super friendly and competent work. The 1/2 star deduction in value is aimed at the manufacturer, Liftmaster, who gouges the customer with a $125 "special offer" for a 2nd remote & an exterior keypad that cost about $5 to manufacture, and is already paid for in the installation charge. Not a good value there.

I had a great experience getting my garage door opener replace by "One Clear Choice Garage Doors". It started with the phone call to Maive. She was very professional and got my installation scheduled as soon as she could. Maive scheduled an install between 2pm and 4pm. Travis (installer) called at 1:50pm and told me he was on the way. He arrived, removed the old opener and installed the new opener. I highly recommend this company for any garage door issues.

Very responsive, arrived on time, very professional. Speed of repair was excellent (had all the parts in his truck). Work was done in a couple of hours. Would definitely hire them again.

Very impresses with the customer service. After looking at the door Travis was unable to install an opener because of the way the door was built. He offered alternatives and suggestions.

From the first time I reached out, Gillian (and Vince) were friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The One Clear Choice technician showed up on time and very polite. When we discovered that I had misunderstood what was included in the package I had selected, he did not lose his composure and he talked to Vince in the office and then worked with me to get the install completed to my satisfaction. He did not have the Gateway on his truck so he promised that he would drop it off at our home one day this week. As long as we do receive the internet gateway as promised, they get an A+ rating!
