Outstanding company, great prices. Technician came right on time during the holiday weekend (no surcharge for weekends!). He fixed the latch that connects the garage door to the motor/chain of the opener, lubricated all the rollers and cables, adjusted the springs, cured a terrible screeching sound, and reset the garage door code -- all for under $100. Explained options about upgrades and future maintenance but wasn't pushy. Told me about how the company was founded and how they hire & train their techs -- high integrity, customer-oriented, very smart and pleasant company. Use them!

This was an installation for a new garage door opener.

Customer service was great. Had technician at my home the next day (it was non-emergency) to fix a broken spring. The tech, Matt, was great. Explained everything, including my price options for each warranty level. Do not hesitate to trust these guys, I will definitely recommend and use again.

He came out in the evening, after 6pm, no problem. He fixed the door and adjusted the garage door opener.

Called back quick & had a great price for the service and warranty. Showed up when they said they would and got it done quickly. The tech even pointed out another minor broken part that could've quickly added up to major $$$, had it not been fixed.

The quality of their work stands out! My garage doors have NEVER worked as well after they adjusted my doors! So quiet we have to look to make sure the door has opened or closed! I would highly recommend One Clear Choice!

Called me to inform where he was and how soon he would be at my house. Very Professional. Outstanding Repair person. Showed me how to operate and preventive maintenance for the future. Showed me future problems which would need correcting. Explained different options on different garage openers; very helpful.

They showed up and installed a new opener within a couple of hours of me submitting a request on home advisor.

Service rep very knowledgeable and friendly. He made honest recommendations besides the obvious, and let me decide what additional I wanted done. I am quite pleased.

I contacted them on Christmas Eve and they replied despite the late hour, for which I was grateful. They came out on time on the 26th and performed the service at a fair price. I did not appreciate the tough sales pitch for new rollers, which I had to decline 3 times and listen to a lecture about the supposed pitfalls of replacing them myself. That's why I'm giving 3.5 stars. "No" should be a satisfactory answer.

Quick turnaround. Did a good job. Replaced both springs, not just the one that broke. They make a strong pitch for the extended warranty. Might make sense if you're planning on being in your house for 5-10 more years.
