i'm in the process off selling a home without air conditioning. Several buyers have requested this to be done for the sale to be completed. I contacted Now and took them out of their comfort zone by asking them to deliver a ballpark estimate using the Zillow listing and other photos that I provided. They were super quick to respond and thorough. I have passed their information along to the buyers. I would not hesitate to hire Now. Their responsiveness and professionalism was top notch.

We made an appointment in Boulder to do estimates and it was set 8 days in advance. No one arrived on the day of the appointment without notice. When we called the lady first lied that she called us, then admitted that she didn't and offered another appointment in a week without any attempt to rearrange something. Zero flexibility, no apologies, not friendly. It is impossible to trust the company which provides this poor service even at the first and easiest stage.

Sam from NOW Heating & Air provided a quote for the installation of a new furnace, installation of AC and a water heater replacement. He was very helpful and explained the different models of furnace and AC available and answered all my questions. Sam provided quotes on the different options, and understood I had a budget and was determined to find the right fit for my needs and my budget. This was very important to me. Sam was also able to help me with a new water hater that was affordable and I was able to add that on to my project. Although I did have to re-evaluate what furnace and AC model to get though. I would highly recommend NOW Heating & Air for installation and replacement. Sam checked all costs on different units and was able to provide the best equipment that fit my needs and within my budget. I now have a New furnace that works wonderful, AC which I'm thrilled to have, and a new water heater.

It was a check-up and cleaning, so I think it was about 2-1/2 hours to complete the service. They cleaned the air conditioning and furnace and I just thought they did a complete job.

My furnace stopped working in the middle of the night, they came to service my furnace and insured me that I needed a new furnace. Also, they installed a central air unit. I believe they recommend things that aren't needed as well as inflate the prices. I was informed by another hvac provider that I did not need the service Now told me I needed. I would not recommend this company. They cheat their customers.

They put in the hot water heater and have serviced it since then. The quality of their repair service is fine. I had a bit of a beef with them when they put the thing in. But they made it good and it was fine.
