BEN was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and explained every step of the process in complete detail. Within 5 mins of a seeing the unit he knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. Ben listened to our concerns and gave us better options for optimal performance of our system and also recommendations for this problem . Eliminating reoccurrence and the appropriate maintenance schedule recommended for our unit. With his wealth of knowledge and approach NOW is very lucky to have BEN on their team.

During a serious cold snap my 50 year old boiler died. They came as soon as I contacted them and the next day they promptly replaced it with a brand new one. My new boiler is already up and running and the temperature in my 112 year old house is heating up quickly. Great service, polite young HVAC professionals.

I hired Now Heating and Air to install new dryer venting in my mobile home in July 2019. I paid $465. I purchased a new washer and dryer which was delivered last weekend and the installer refused to hook up my dryer as the dryer venting is ?not up to code?. I called NowHeating and Air yesterday and was told the service man Patrick would call me but I have not received a call back. I will pursue this and they can make it as easy or difficult to remedy, their choice.

Thought the price was a little on the steep side other than that they were very acceptable and made an effort to get to us asap.

The tech came out and evaluated my fireplace for excessive outside air leakage and provided a quote for the repair and also did minor maintenance on the starter. I chose to make the repairs myself .

i rec'd a phone call within 10 minutes of posting. Service man arrived on time, was friendly and professional. He found the cause of the gas leak and repaired it.

I was very happy with their quick response time in replying to me and also getting someone out here to give me an estimate and also to do the repair work. The tech , Joe, indicated that what I thought was broken, wasn't. The only thing that was a little disappointed was that, when the tech came out to do the work, he indicated that something else was possibly wrong and should be fixed. I wish he would have caught that the first time here. However, I was happy with the work and the price--and I would recommend them.

Very kind people both at the office and in the field. They were able to accommodate our dryer vent emergency (major blockage, exhaust backing up into the laundry room -- thanks previous homeowner) within the hour, and their price is quite reasonable, no gouging or high-pressure sales tactics. Will definitely be using them again!
