The work Martin and Sons does is amazing. We hired them last year - from Angi's list, as we needed some water damaged siding replaced and painted to match the rest of the house. The bid was competitive; the quality of work outstanding - you couldn't tell where the old and new started; and work started and was completed in a timely fashion. The professionalism and craftsmanship was excellent. We needed to paint our whole house this year, so we hired Martin and Sons. We were not disappointed. Martin has an eye for any carpentry issues, such as water damage on the other side of the house, and repairs it promptly without out farming out the job to another company. The painting job again met and even surpassed our expectations. It's beautiful and we are really happy with the quality, craftsmanship and professionalism of Martin and Sons. We would not hesitate to recommend Martin and Sons to family and friends.

I have had this company do work for us before and they did a fantastic job. Now I had them pretty much rebuild the outside of our upper half of house and now it is done and I just want to cry my house just looks so good from top to bottom they did alot of repairs and repainted, this company are just great and do a very good job. They are very reasonable in price too. I will definitely use them for any other things I need done.

This company did a good job. I had to have my siding project redone as a contractor before did it wrong and vanished when asked to come back to repair. As a result it was a small job and they charged me a lot. Understandable. But they did the work correctly when they said they would.

Not many contractors were willing to do repair work. Martin and Sons gave us a fast bid that was less than I expected. They clearly communicated about their schedule, showed up on time and were done in two days. They met their bid costs and the project looks great. Canâ  t say enough about them.

Martin and Sons performed an extensive repair job on my siding. I had a number of compromised siding, trim, and fascia boards from storm damage, with water intrusion and rot, and with construction defects from the original builder. Martin diagnosed my issues, and repaired the issues thoroughly, going beyond the quoted scope of the project. His paint crew then did an outstanding job with a whole-house paint job. Martin personally came out to complete paint crew cleanup over a weekend after the painters ran out of daylight the night before. Martin treats his jobs like an owner. Hghly recommended.

These guys were professional, knowledgeable and had the experience and proper tools to do the job. They were on time and finished the job in the time I had expected. The cost was very fair. I would recommend them to anyone.

When other contractors wanted to overcharge and not help me out with our project Martin and sons were able to give me options to work with our budget . The workmanship on the siding was outstanding and the painting is high quality as the painters properly masked and protected areas as I went for a two tone on my home. Martin and Omar walked the home with me after project was completed and addressed all the small details I had questions for . The clean up was on point as they cleaned and sweped all the remaining debris . This is a hard working family business I will highly recommend them and hope to work with them again in the future .

First, I will definitely work with Martin and Sons again. I will, however, discuss a few attention to detail items up front, and do a closer inspection before closing out. The job would have been a 5 if they'd done 2 things; (a) Masking Tape and ground cover before painting and (b) more complete clean up. As it is, there is paint on the edge of roof itself over the front door that will be challenging to clean up to look right, and there are paint drops on the cement patio in both the front and the back. I should be able to clean both of these up, but I should not have to. Related to this, they did not sweep after the jobs, so the spots were not visible until after I did so. So really, they just did not do "prep" for the painting, which I will be sure to insist on with every contractor I work with going forward. On the up side, both father and son were very engaged in the repair, speaking with me at decision points to make sure I understood what they recommended and was okay with how they would proceed. The work was completed in a timely manner, and the project was moved up several weeks when they had an opening, which I appreciated. As stated above, I'd hire them again for even a larger project, I'd just be clear about my expectations on the attention to detail on painting. The carpentry itself looks great.

Just great and hard working guys

They did a great job repairing some siding that squirrels had chipped. From when I requested a quote to when they were done, it was about 24 hours. They came when they said they would, fixed the siding, and repainted it. I would use them again.

I would recommend â MARTIN & SONSâ to anyone interested in having â James Hardie Sidingâ works done to their property. Iâ ve done my due diligence on understanding â James Hardie Siding from proper install to itâ s origin. Mr. Martin and his team, were very informative on James Hardie Siding and what I can expect from start to finish on my project. As my project progressed an unforeseen damage to the OSB board was identified; Mr. Martinez repaired it without increasing the agreed upon price. Great customer service, work done on a timely manner. I have reached out to two other outfit, not from Angie's list, their estimate was higher. Also those other outfits wanted to charged for replacing a section of siding, not needing repair ,all it needed was four nails in the correct location. What Integrity !
