 + 1 moreMAI Mechanical charges a flat fee per hour. This is a welcome relief from other plumbing companies that pull out their "book" and hidden fees.
Description of Work: MAI Mechanical came out and took care of a few different problems on the same visit. They fixed my furnace, adjusted the water pressure, and put on a new thermo coupler on my gas fireplace.

 + -1 moreThe worker that they sent was very good and cordial. He fixed it at no charge on the second time and there was no problem.
Description of Work: They came the first day, there was a little dripping leak in the toilet tank. I thought they fixed it but that evening I heard a dripping noise still. I called them up the next day. They sent a guy out and fixed it right on the second day at no charge.

 + -1 moreI WAS HAPPY WITH MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. THEY DID WHAT I WANTED IN A PROFESSIONAL AND COMPETENT MANNER. THEY WERE EXPENSIVE BUT THEY DID FIX EVERYTHING I NEEDED FIXED.
Description of Work: MAI SERVICE CAME OUT AND FIXED A FROZEN PIPE OUTSIDE MY HOME, THEY REDID THE VALVE IN MY SHOWER AND FIXED MY LEAKING TOILET.
