Centerpoint Remodeling and Construction

They never responded to our call, we will try again.

We have a bathroom remodel we wish to do. We looked through Angie's List and selected four remodelers to contact. We sent Centerpoint a description of the work and a diagram via email, twice. No response from Centerpoint. Called them and left voice mail twice as follow ups. .Again, no response from Centerpoint.. Perhaps they are on vacation, or sick. Perhaps our job is too small or not a fit for Centerpoint. In any case, it is bad form to not call and say "we can't do it." We will not consider Centerpoint for any of the jobs we are planning on.

The estimate was detailed and concise. Communications during the estimate/contract period were good. Doug was very good with answering questions and offering suggestions. During demo and construction, Doug and his crew were very consientious about not making a mess in the rest of the house. All craftsmen who came to the house were respectful, courteous, and skilled in their craft.. All work was completed on schedule with minimal delay between the various stages of construction. The quality of the work and materials was excellent. This was one of the most uneventful and smooth projects I have been involved with. It was finished on schedule and on budget. We are very pleased with the remodel and with Centerpoint.

We scheduled the remodel during a time when i was out of town for my convenience. And they finished everything as promised and it turned out great. Doug picked the tile, the vanity, the medicine cabenet and basically held my hand through the whole process. I am extremely happy witht the results, the professionalism, and the price. The project went very well. Doug helped us with suggestions about paint color, door selection, trim, and rail. He helped us with a custom stair rail and banister, for which we continue to receive compliments. The hardwood floors and doors turned out beautifully. The project was completed very quickly. Doug followed up on a regular basis to make sure we were ahppy with the job.

We experienced a terrible hail storm and Centerpoint did a great job erasing the damage. We would use them again. The crew was punctual and professional and were happy to answer questions.
