I would not hesitate to recommend this company to do siding - and would even tell you to wait for an opening. They were very particular about doing a good job and were conscientious about being tidy in their workspace and doing their job to the highest standard possible. They were always willing to answer any questions I had throughout the job, and knowing I was trying to get the job completed before I left town, they worked through the weekend to make this possible. They did encounter some unexpected surprises and were quick to let me know of the situation and suggested many alternatives to solving the problems. Their workers were top notch and the quality of the job was beyond excellent - I couldn't be happier! Their cleanup at the end was also excellent and extremely thorough.

The job went well from start to finish,from est. to walk around describing what was about to be done. crew showed up on time each morning working hard and steady till dark, polite, professional. at the end they cleaned yo the work site back to orginal yard and driveway. looking forward to have them back in spring for some window replacement

Thoughtful estimate of complex job including good recommendations; price was near lowest estimate received, and we felt they seemed more professional and thorough than the lowest bidder, so we hired them. All work was done on time and within budget; they were consistently very interested in making sure we were happy with the job. From our first interaction with BK Contractors and throughout the entire process, all of our contacts were pleasant, professional and timely. They were always committed to making certain that the job was done to out satisfaction, and whenever they were uncertain about any detail, they consulted with us. Even after the contract had been signed, at no additional cost to us, they upgraded the picture window when their research suggested that it would be a better choice for our application. In addition, there were several situations where they went beyond what we expected ? once to fix a crack in a wall that was there before they did work on the wall and coming back an extra time to make sure that the work was to our satisfaction. Occasionally there were moments when it was challenging to communicate with the crew who were largely Spanish-speaking only, but this was almost always remedied quickly by finding someone on the job who could translate.

Fast and professional, top quality job.

Mike Atencio arrived on time for all appointments (estimate, measuring, installation), his price was very reasonable, and I'm very happy with the new windows. He communicated very well regarding estimate (the next day) and lead time but wasn't all intrusive about it.

Extremely professional and competitive prices. Extremely knowledgable. Showed up to quote right on time and left a bid at that time. Followed up regularly to check on progress with insurance company. Made an appointment to install gutters and did an excellent job and finished the job right before our first big snow in Denver. They even added a down-spot not included in their quote as additional customer service. They worked hard, quickly and completed the job to save us from the first big December snow. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again!

My soffit and facia, including the rain gutters, were a disaster. Once they opened up due to age, bad initial product, and installation -squirrels, wasps, and birds were able to find a new home. Paolo and his team came in and completely replaced with James Hardy soffit and facia, then had color coordinated rain gutters installed. Any issue I had, they made right immediately or came back and made right. I can not thank them enough for the quality of work they do, or the good people they hire. Paolo, this is for you and your team - "Thank You". Your work has made me proud once more of my home.

The project went really well. Paulo's crew was excellent. The guys were very efficient, polite, and courteous. The guys worked hard from morning till night. I never saw anyone from the crew just standing around idle. They were always working, and they seemed to work very well together in pairs of 2. When you are residing an entire house, you are bound to run into some issues or unknowns. Paulo's crew handled the issues (missing fascia behind gutters, windows missing headers, windows not properly secured to the house framing) on their own without charging us extra, which was much appreciated. Mike, the sales guy, visited us several times during the project to make sure everything was being done right to our satisfaction. He was well versed on the strict James Hardie standards and even had the guys redo some things that we hadn't noticed.

I contacted 3 Angie's List siding contractors. Pauolo's company was the only one willing to bid and work on a small job. I was impressed with the promptness of Mike's response as well as the professionalism of Paulo and Peter. I would hire this company again.

We originally called another company, but then decided to just check out another bid to see what kind of price we could get. The first company was obviously promoting vinyl siding, so we called up Paulo's which at the time we did not know that they promoted James Hardie. Regardless the differences in material and what people's opinion about one product over the other, our main concern was cost as well as quality. Anyways we were very shocked and impressed with the return quote from Paulo's. They gave us an awesome price and we were glad to meet the hard working family that was working on our house. We were very impressed how fast they got everything done even though it was a very rainy couple of weeks. Everyone was very friendly, we are very happy about this company's work and extremely glad we decided to go with a second quote. After all we most certainly would use Paulo's Siding again for future work that needs to be done to our house.

We chose Paulo's company because they were the top-rated siding company on Angie's List, and they did not disappoint. The experience was about as positive as one could hope for with a contractor. The sales rep was polite and knowledgeable but not too pushy, and we soon agreed at a fair price for the job. (We could have used one of a few other companies that would have been a little cheaper, but based on the ratings and reviews I felt more confident in the job that Paulo's company would do.) The job itself was completed in only about 12 days, which was right in line with the time estimate provided during the sales process. During the process, we were impressed first with their consistent work schedule, as they showed up around 8 am most days and the last guy did not leave until after 6 pm. (We have had other contractors whose schedules were a mystery-we never knew when they might be there-and the jobs consequently went way over the estimated schedule.) The guys (Paulo/siding/drywall/electrician/gutters) were also all extremely professional, and displayed a very positive work ethic. A few parts of the project required more effort than originally expected, but it was clearly important to them that the job was done right and they completed all aspects of the job per or even above our expectations. Paulo and the project manager on our project, Peter, were extremely easy and reasonable to work with, and they addressed any issues as they came up (hence the need for an electrician). Paulo and Peter were especially good at recommending and implementing during construction ideas that would make the finished product look even better. Another positive is the crew was extremely neat, as they spent half an hour cleaning up each night and were very considerate of construction clutter in our yard. If I had to list complaints, there would be only two: 1) All the details of the job should be documented on paper in the beginning. They got most everything right, but there were was one noteable exception. The trim installed around some of our windows was smaller than we had asked for in our conversations with the sales consultant, but by the time they had already put it on we decided (in part because of extra work they had already done) against the hassle of having them redo it (although they repeatedly offered to do so when creating the punch list at the walk-through). This situation could have been avoided had we simply written out all requirements. Our only other (minor) beef was it took a couple stabs at a few of the punch list items to get them done right, but in the end all punch list work was finished satisfactorily. These complaints, though, only barely detract from our overwhelming satisfaction with the overall work effort. Our home looks absolutely tremendous, and the attention to detail is increasingly obvious every time we look at it. This awesome feeling is made all the better by the fact that we have a year warranty on labor, 15 years on paint, and 30 years on the actual siding. So, our house will continue to look as good for a long time, and if we need anything in the next year, I have no doubt Paulo and his team will honor the labor warranty completely. We would recommend them completely to anyone looking for not only siding, but also any of the other services Paulo's company provides. After having them complete this project for us, I can completely attest to their top rating on Angie's List, and will certainly consider them for future projects on our home.

I used this company based on their Angie's List rating, and am glad I did. Mike came out to evaluate and bid the job. Then Paulo came out along with the crew. Everybody on the crew was wonderful to work with. Peter, the crew boss, was incredibly professional. They did a fantastic job with James Hardy siding and did a great clean up job when they finished. I had to call Paulo the next day with a question and he returned my call right away. Mike called a couple days later to make sure I was happy with the job. You won't be disappointed with this company.

Waste of time. I guess you can't expect just an estimate. Im assuming you need to brace yourself for a long sales pitch.

I had a family of squirrels tear through the old wood siding on my house, so I had to replace 450 square feet of siding. Paulo and his crew tore down the old siding, framed plywood, insulated and replaced the siding with cement shingles. They also replaced my gutters, fixed broken facia and soffit pieces (where birds were having babies) and painted the siding. Paulo was very easy to work with and they did a great job!

The job proved to be more complicated than it looked at first, since after removing the old material, the structure required some additional carpentry. Paulo and his crew did a thorough and very attractive job with the project. The insulation has made a big difference in keeping the house warm in winter and cool in summer. He was very easy to work with.

Excellent job overall finished in about 3 hours

Paulo was very conscientious about making sure we were pleased with the job the whole time. His crew was available soon after we talked to him, and they did a good job. We ended up having some gutter replacement as well, since some of the reason for the water damage was bad drainage. We were very pleased with his suggestions for additional work and felt he gave us a fair price. He was good to work with.

Paulo gave me a prompt, reasonable estimate for a 3 level house. He and his crew arrived exactly when promised. They worked tirelessly for two days to remove all of the old gutters from 3 levels, then formed and attached new seamless gutters. His attention to detail was remarkable: he asked for matching paint to touch up the house paint in areas that had to be trimmed to attach the gutters. He also was careful to show me an area of fascia that was bad and any changes to improve drainage. He asked for approval for the slight additional charges to the original estimate. He also made a window repair and cleaned an upper level dryer vent.

He was extremely timely, getting the job done in 3 weeks in bitter cold weather. The crew was very clean and professional. They met each deadline and were great about communicating the progress of the project with us. The price was also much lower than other estimates we received.

Called Paulo based on Angie's list and he came out to the house at the agreed upon time. He took some measurements and had the quote to me in 3 or 4 days. I wasn't in a hurry so timing was good. After evaluating a couple of contractors, I chose Paulo based on Angie's list, personal interaction, and price. I called to confirm the work and he ordered the materials. Unfortunately, the materials that came in were incorrect but Paulo called and keep me in the loop and we agreed to delay the project a few days. A few days later, with the correct materials he and his team showed up and performed the work on my house. Paulo matched the existing vinyl very well even though the original vinyl is over 15 years old. The tear down was "respectful" in the sense that they were careful not to destroy the insulation or the original wood siding beneath the original vinyl. The install of the new vinyl was perfect. It was nice that he used screws as opposed to nails so that hopefully the vinyl won't get squeaky over the years. Install was tight, no gaps. They took down some old trim around a vent that didn't look very good and moved the J channel to make it look right. Clean up was fine. He and his team were very personable and professional.

I originally contacted Paulo last summer to get an estimate on siding. At that time, I was impressed by his responsiveness and professionalism. Siding was, unfortunately, not in our budget so I contacted Paulo again this summer to get an estimate for painting our house and garage. Paulo responded quickly, met with me at the house, and provided an estimate shortly thereafter (which included replacing a number of pieces of wood siding). Within a day of my approving the start of work, Paulo and his team arrived at my house. They were diligent in their prep work - repairing pieces of siding, scraping, and priming. They completed the work in three days and Paulo walked around the house with me to ensure that I was happy with the work. I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend Paulo and his company. It is clear that they are committed to quality work and excellent customer service.

Overall pleased with the work done for the price. Material recommended was James Harding Siding. Estimate was given in writing a week or so after coming to see the patio. Estimate was missing one requested item, but we were able to work that out. Crew of 3 completed the work in one day and in some areas, exceeded expectations, but the trim work did not meet expectation. A second call had them return promptly and bring trim work up to expectations without extra charge. Paulo is interested in pleasing the customer and I would recommend him.

On 6/18 I phoned Paulo to get an estimate to replace the siding on my home damaged by a hail storm. I set up an appt for a few days later. He and another gentlemen came to to my home and got their measurements. He wrote down my email address and promised he would provide me with my estimate within a week. On 6/29 I phoned him back to find out the status of my estimate. Another man answered and informed me Paulo was out of town and he did not know anything about my estimate. He indicated he would contact Paulo and someone would call me back. Today is 7/2 and I have not heard back from anyone. I have decided to get estimates from other vendors.

I sent an e-mail to arrange for the estimate and he responded very promptly. He came and provided the estimate. He completed the work in a timely manner.

It was just a one day job but Paulo came to give me an estimate exactly when he said he would, showed up to do the work on time, did a great job on the work itself and left absolutely no mess. I felt the price was fair since it was high work on a very pitched roof - we sure didn't want to attempt it.
