It went great! Paulo was the only contractor to answer his phone when i was trying to reach a contractor. He showed up right away and looked at everything and told me he could do some investigating to see what was causing the bulging. He did exactly what he told me he would do and only charged me $150. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had to wait for the material to come in since is was a special order. Once it was in the crew worked Monday - Friday sometimes as late as 7:30 at night to get the job finished. The work looks good and was professionally installed to my expectations.The cleaned up after themselves and left my house looking great.

I was selling my house at that time, the buyer, I showed him everything and let him be my eyes and he was happy about everything. There was one of those two low tiles that weren't leveled and he asked them to come back out and level them like concrete roof tiles and they came back out and fixed it, that was it, it was something minor.

Everything went very well. Mike and Paulo were wonderful to work with, and the team did a very good job on the siding and porch. There was a long delay on the windows, but it was the manufacturer's error.

We had a faulty seal around the base of our house that was allowing all sorts of insects into the basement. The repair consisted of pulling off the old siding and properly sealing the house then replacing with new siding that was painted to color match. Everything went well and we are very pleased. Actually we were so pleased at the quality of the work that we plan on using them for other work.

Contractor was friendly and extremely reliable. He did additional work without asking and without charging. He was on time and provided a clean up service that was outstanding. I was extremely pleased with the results and will hire him again to construct a bathroom in the basement. The company can do every kind of work imaginable, i.e. drywall, siding, roofing, decks, remodeling, tile, hardwood floors, painting, rock and brick work, plumbing. And the price was exceptionally competitive with several other companies.

Mike came out and took a look at the job and gave me an estimate on the spot. After accepting the estimate, Paulo came out with Mike to double check estimate and survey the job. Both men were professional and understood the work. The crew showed up a week later, tore off the old gutters, fascia, and soffit, cleaned up the entire mess and the next day put up the new soffit and fascia. The day after that the gutter crew arrived and had the new gutters and downspouts in within three hours. All the crews involved were hard working and professional. They cleaned up everything and were great to deal with. The house looks great and I will definitely use them again, Paulo showed up every day and made sure all was proceeding as planned, and made sure his men had everything that they needed.

It came time to replace my siding while I was getting ready for my wedding and heading out on my honeymoon. Mike and Paulo were very flexible in scheduling and worked with me with each of my nuances. The work just over a week to be completley finished. They did an excellent job and gave my house a much newer and cleaner look. They were great!

I got several bids for siding repair and other work that I needed on my house where the siding needed replaced and replaced correctly. Mike from Paulo's came to my house on Saturday, looked over the areas that needed work, listened to what I needed done and, unlike a few of the other contractors, anticipated my suggestion on the correct way to do it. I had a written proposal in several days. After getting several bids Paulo's wasn't the cheapest, but they were the contractor I felt would do the job correctly the first time. I signed the contract along with my own submitted specs and sketches, then met with Paulo for a precon walk-through. They came and finished the work in two days for the contract price. They missed two sections of siding we had agreed to do, but stayed until 7 pm to finish the work after I pointed it out. The job was done well and they cleaned up after the job.

I called Paulo's Siding Contractors and I wasn't really pleased with them and their bid. I did not deal with them. They were the one who bid $12000. They did seem knowledgeable as far as that goes. I was just taken aback by their overwhelming cost. I think they were fine. They came out a day or so after I called them.

The work was well done as promised on time. They were very professional and answered all of my questions and concerns.

I needed to have some steel siding replaced on the back of my home. I had hail damage plus some siding was removed for the installation of new windows. Mike came out for an estimate and to measure what would be needed. Then Paulo came out and remeasured. I had some left over siding from the initial installation that I had available in case they could use it. There was some delay because Paulo had to be out of the country on family business but they installed everything in one weekend. The men were pleasant to work with and concerned about doing a good job. The only complaint I have is that they overestimated how much siding would be needed (even though they measured and computed the need twice) so instead of using my left over siding to help with this job they ended up ordering more than was needed. I was left with the original unused siding, some extra pieces PLUS a complete unopened box that I'm sure was not cheap. I think they could have done a better job figuring how much siding was needed. They did a good job, cleaned up afterwards and I'm satisfied with the work and price.

Paulo's Siding Contractors did some work for me. They were prompt, courteous, hard working, showed up on time. Completed the job on time. I have not complaints, they were excellent.

He was wonderful. Quote was way more than I expected so I didn't use them. He was very genuine, very polite, and helpful. He knew what he was talking about. I just didn't expect it, so I was kind of stunned. I have nothing bad to say about him except the prices were high.

As listed above we never received a new estimate.

This work was done on a church where the soffits (approximately 5 feet wide) were in disrepair and unsightly. Paul'os Siding Contractors were contacted and gave an estimate on the spot. We took the proposal to the church council and received the "Go ahead". The sales person was very friendly and accommodating and they gave the church a very attractive price for the work. When the work was scheduled, the crew arrived promptly and worked hard, completing the job in one day with two men (which I found to be remarkable). I have worked the in the construction trades for forty years and so I feel qualified to judge. I should note that before I signed on with Paulo's, I asked to see some of their other work and I found it very satisfactory as well. I spoke to one of the owners and he had high praise. One last note - I found this contractor on Angie's list and am pleased.

I had interviewed several companies that I found on Angie's List to do various items on our "to-do" list before deciding on Paulo's Siding Contractors company. I was first won over when I met with Mike Atencio, Paulo's estimator, who came out to the house to meet with me for several hours and talk about the work we needed done. I was so pleased with Mike's forthrightness, calm, non-sales-y demeanor, and faith in Paulo and the team that I felt this was surely a company my husband and I could trust. And I was right. I hadn't realized before meeting with Mike, but was very pleased to discover that Paulo not only specializes in siding, but also has teams that do windows, roofing, basement & patio remodels, painting and other types of contractor services. Since we had several projects to complete this year (i.e. soffit repairs, new gutters, exterior painting, and new basement windows), and more ongoing plans for our home, we wanted to find a company to do the work that we could count on for future services and Paulo's team proved that they were up to the task. Paulo and his crew were extremely professional - always calling ahead to let us know when they would be at the house to begin the work, checking in when they had questions about something we had asked (or not asked) to have done, and making sure to complete the work to our *very* demanding and particular specifications. Paulo made sure to stage installation of our new gutters for after we had our roof replaced by another company to make it easier for the roofer to do their job and ensure that the gutters were in perfect shape after all other repairs were completed. He bought new paint when I realized that the sheen on one of the colors he had picked up was too glossy. He repaired one part of our soffits twice when we pointed out that the first repair wasn't 100% perfect. And he credited us to have one of our cars washed and re-waxed when it accidentally got dirty from the power-washing and painting of our garage door (no permanent damage was done to the car). The only thing that I found somewhat frustrating at first was that after we signed the initial service agreement with Mike, I had a little difficulty getting in touch with Mike and Paulo to nail down the start date for the work. I later found out that this was partially to do with some health issues that Mike was experiencing, which had lead to a slight delay in communication. When I finally got Paulo's number and was able to contact him directly, communication was much easier and we were able to coordinate all remaining work that was done. Overall, we were extremely pleased by Paulo and the team and plan to use them again when we enclose our patio to add on to our garage and dining room, and begin remodeling our basement. I would recommend them to anyone!

Mike Atencio came over for a quote. Was courteous, prompt and professional. We had to postpone our actual date of service due to a vacation but as soon as we were back, the roof and gutters were replaced in 3days. There was some carpentry work that needed to be done and my husband wanted to do it to save some money. He received very helpful instructions from this contractor. I would highly recommend them.

Never recieved a call back - this tells me I would not want to use this contractor. 7 days have gone by without a call back.

The job went well. We are particularly pleased with the precision of the work done by both the siding and painting crews. The house looks crisp and fresh & our neighbors & friends have commented on how good it looks. Initially, we seriously considered just having part of the siding replaced, where the weathering was the worst, but after getting bids for repairs versus replacing all of the siding, it made sense to do the whole house. The salesperson for Paulo's is quite knowledgeable about Hardie siding and was able to provide details on how the job would be done, including how the areas around the windows would be wrapped and sealed. Paulo came to our house several times during the course of the job, and made sure everything was done per our agreement. His teams are highly skilled: it takes some special training to work with the Hardie siding, and everything came out level & true. The painting crew took great care to caulk everything and prepare the surfaces for painting. The paint job is precise and beautiful. Each crew has at least one team member who is fluent in English as well as Spanish. We peeked at their work from time to time and offered them ice water as they worked their long, hot days.

On Thursday, Mike came out and gave us an estimate for the work to be completed with a thorough explanation of the process and the products to be used. Mike told us we could expect to wait about two weeks for Paulo to have a crew available. Then on Friday Paulo came out to check on colors and to see the area to be sided for himself. On Saturday Paulo and his crew finished up the siding, starting in the evening and working until almost dark. On Monday, the gutters and the stone work were started and completed the gutters look good and professional but the stone work looks AMAZING! Within 24 hours several of our neighbors had stopped by to tell us how great it looked. It completely transforms the look of the house! The entire job was finished in less than one week from my making the call. Paulo and his crew were great to work with and I would highly recommend them for anyone in the market for their services.

After using Paulo's team to do our siding project a year ago, we gave them a chance to bid on a project to replace our patio and build a pergola. Paulo's bid was the lowest of the three we received, and given the outstanding experience we had with them a year ago we decided to hire them again. The experience was, once again, outstanding. Removal of the old patio was quick and pretty neat, the 16 by 16 pergola was framed out in just a day, and the paver patio was built in about a week. The architect Paulo hired created detailed pergola specs which passed the city of Golden permit office without incident. Once again, everything was done to our satisfaction and any little issues we noted were taken care of. As was the case with the siding job, everyone who worked on our project seemed very competent and had a good attitude. If another project came up we would not hesitate to utilize Paulo's team, and in the meantime I will happily refer anyone I know to them.

Paolo's Siding did excellent work and at a great price. This was a somewhat unusual custom job, and we were not looking to spend a huge amount on a fancy-schmancy remodel - we just wanted a functional pantry. Paolo's Siding got it exactly right. We were thoroughly pleased with the experience.

The project was a complete success overall. I had a completely positive experience and would hire this company again.

Service was completed as agreed. It was great to have a contractor willing to do a few odd jobs that I haven't had time to get to, in addition to the primary project of replacing siding on one side of the house. Many contractors seem uninterested in a smaller job like this but Paulo's Siding Contractors was professional and thorough in completing the work.
