Absolute Appeal

Contacted Absolute Appeal to get quote on replacing a 9-year old flagstone patio that was in bad shape and find/fix a leak along one side. Within a couple of days Sonny Lobato (firm owner) visited our home, reviewed what we wanted done and provided a quote for the work the same day. Sonny took a lot of time to in providing information on options for the project and assisting us in selecting the pavers. Once a decision was made the work began in just over one week and was completed (including debris removal and clean-up) in less than a week. The materials had to be moved by wheelbarrow across our front and back yard and Sonny protected the lawn by placing wood planks where the wheelbarrow had to cross the grass. Sonny was on site most of the time work was being done and he did all the skill work. We found Sonny to be very professional and easy to work with. In addition, he kept us informed about what work was to be done and when it was to be done. I would definitely recommend Absolute Appeal.

Sonny and his team did a great job on my project. His price was fair and they finished when they said they would. After seeing how nice the back patio and stairs look, I want to get out front stairs to match... Hopefully he will have time soon!

Very well. Considering the winter weather impact to the work schedule. The finished picture does not include the railing and landscaping to be completed by other vendors. But the paver and pillars to match the house veneer is exactly what we wanted. Sonny and his team did a great job for us!

They never replied to my emailed message, which I sent in December 2016. Maybe they are very busy, but even an automated response to that effect would have demonstrated professionalism.

Clockwork perfectionOccasionally you run into a well run company of true specialized professionals that do everything on time to perfection. This is one such company. Company has done large jobs for big companies and cities. Consulted with great knowledge and insight. Polite, on time and professional. No money down. Employees all positive about company. Gave samples, layout ideas, pros and cons of each. Gave us locations where each style of paver can be seen installed. Company checked out to be fully Licensed, insured. They pulled permit, no markup, did job exactly as planned, ran a clean job site and cleaned up well. No shortcuts. No additional charges even though they ran into some unanticipated problems. City inspector impressed with work quality. Beautiful work. Joy to work with.

I wanted to replace a rotting wooden deck on the back of the house and unify it with the adjacent concrete slab. Absolute Appeal was one of the vendors at the Colorado Garden & Home show. Sonny, the owner, handled the sales call with professionalism and promptness. His company's extensive experience at Park Meadows Mall also added to my confidence in choosing his company. The pavers were installed very promptly with quality workmanship, and I couldn't have been more pleased about the work this company did for me. I would highly recommend them for doing work at your home or business. This was done two years ago and I am still so pleased the the elegant look it gives my backyard with out any appreciable maintenance required. It still looks as if it is brand new!

Excellent. I was very pleased with overall experience and final result. Sonny, who does estimates, plans and crew supervision showed up for appointments as scheduled and crew was punctual and worked hard thru out the project. Two minor negatives I would give: 1) the crew is not very tidy during their construction and 2) very lax when it comes to making sure gates are closed at the end of the work day.

We were having thunderstorms that week and on two occasions worked as much as possible until the storm made their work impossible. When they finished, they cleaned up and removed all extraneous materials leaving my home with a gorgeous new yard and no signs that construction had recently taken place. If I ever need concrete work or more hardscaping I would definitely use Absolute Appeal because the work they did made a useless yard Absolutely Appealing!

They did very nice work and were always on time. They presented themselves in a professional manner. I was very satisfied with the end result. I paid exactly what was quoted to me. I would recommend them.

Sonny was very timely, and did just what he said he would and at the best price I found for the quality he offered. One of those ''below the radar'' companies that is still small enough that they are affordable. Apparently does a lot of larger commercial work, but a real detail freak (e.g., the patio is almost laser-flat, and he promises to come back to fix any sort of dip that might ever appear), which I completely appreciate and look for in a contractor. Soft-spoken, not a hard sell, and listened to what I wanted. Crew was great. Job went quickly (about 3 full days start to finish). HIGHLY recommended.
