+ -1 moreAfter an initial office visit, Wynne located several homes that were a fit and then assisted us as we looked at these homes. As we looked, Wynne provided us with things to consider for each home, yet never intruded in our deliberations. Once we had narrowed the choices down to one, Wynne was just excellent in advising us as to how best to make the initial offer and then how to handle the counters. As we came to final conclusion on the terms, Wynne also assisted in recommending several other service providers, ensuring that we knew that there was no monetary relationship between her and these providers. I simply cannot say enough good about Wynne and her professionalism, courtesy and responsiveness. She is just superb!
