They came out and looked over the project (which I would estimate to cost at least a couple thousand dollars). The man was friendly and stated he would be back in touch promptly. I haven't heard from them since.

He listens to your input and has an upbeat personality. I did not get a written bid - a risk, but all went well and I have already recommended them to a friend. Overall a very positive experience.
