Description of Work: Removed 12 oldach windows and replaced them with Milgard windows. Process went relatively smoothly from start to finish. The sales rep, Mr. Doug Long, was extremely helpful and professional. He thoroughly explained the entire process and offered numerous option per our needs and desires. Once the windows came into the shop, our installer, Mr. Robert Mattern, expertly installed them. he did an outstanding job and cheerfully made adjustments as needed. Window Factory Outlet installs the Milgard windows with the Fin attached, thus requiring trim to be removed and replaced. Mr. Mattern did that and also re painted the trim where necessary. Some of the Milgard windows had defects and had to be re glazed, and WFO took care of the details. If you choose to use WFO, recommend you go with the same outstanding team.

Description of Work: I've used Window Factory Outlet on two fix & flips this past year. The "Cascade" line seems very good for the money. I have installed the windows myself and found their measurements to be accurate. Delivery of the windows has been on time or early.

+ -1 moreInstaller came out beforehand to confirm all measurements and look over installation requirements. On agreed upon date installer arrived and did all work as contracted for. He consulted with homeowner as to how to install patiodoor which was 2" narrower then previous one. He nicely finished the trim so the size difference wouldn't be obvious. A few months later when spring arrived homeowner noticed that the screendoor didn't slide right. I made a call to the company and an employee came out the next day to adjust the screendoor and while he was here he checked and adjusted the patiodoor too.
Description of Work: removed old windows and patio door. Installed new windows and door, added new trim where needed.
