+ -1 moreThis company doesn't even deserve one star. I booked this company to move me 3 weeks in advance. The day of the move they never showed up. When I called, they told me they never heard of me, nor was I in the computer. Needless to say, they left me high and dry. I called another moving company, thank goodness they could help me. Exactly one month later, Westside Moving Company showed up to move me. So much for not being in the computer. When I called, I never received an apology, the woman was just as rude as the day I called when they didn't show up. Said I was screaming at her, not true. She stated they authorized my refund from the coupon I paid for, I was refused a refund. When I asked for some kind of compensation or even an apology, I received neither. Stay away from this one. Description of Work: Mistake made on moving date. They were supposed to arrive July 27,2013. Arrived August 27,2013
