I specifically told the owner's colleague what our bottom-line price was, so that they did not waste my time. I met them at the house, and after a lot of fast-talk trying to sell me on his "services," we discussed the price of the house. He was stating he couldn't do anything higher than $15k BELOW my bottom line. I was extremely irritated, as our bottom line price is already an amazing bargain, and I was VERY clear in our initial contact that I would not go lower. When I told the men they were wasting my time, which is very valuable as a mother of two and a business owner/manager, he became rude and told me HIS time was more VALUABLE than MINE! It was so incredibly condescending and offensive, that it put an end to our meeting. This man has no idea how busy I am. I'm sure he saw that I looked young and decided he was more successful than I. Couldn't be farther from the truth, but he was too busy insulting me to even find out.
