Description of Work: They are building a home for us in Monument, CO. Good company so far but they are very difficult to negotiate with. I would highly recommend you bring a real-estate agent with you to negotiate if you buy a home from Vantage. Also, the design studio manager is hard to get a hold of.

+ -1 moreOur 380K home is seven yrs old and we have had to have the stucco repaired twice over the past three yrs. the stucco is falling off in large areas. Customer service said warranty was out and gave a number for me to cover their shoddy craftsmanship. Buyer beware.

+ -1 moreWe decided to build our dream home. After locating the neighborhood we wanted we started to look at floor plans that would fit our family. Vantage was the one with the best floor plan, so we started the process, with our realtor of building with them. We actually lived out of state and did most of the process through email, phone and pictures! Robin our sales rep from Vantage was wonderful to work with. She helped us get the house we wanted, in our price range. Overall experience was great. Their building supervisor and warranty staff has been amazing! We don't have any issues with the home - but their level of customer service, and established follow up plan is great. The sales team even went as far as giving us 3 huge bags of groceries on our closing day to get the house started! We did have our own realtor to help with the process and explain things, which I recommend for anyone who is building.
