As a real estate investor, I hired Valuation Analysis to provide a third party valuation of a residential property I intended to sell. I had the pleasure of working with Jim Tiedemann, a consummate professional whose knowledge of the local real estate market was exceptional. Valuation Analysis provided an appraisal that closely confirmed my own estimation of value and allowed me to proceed with negotiations with the prospective buyer.
