He kept me informed throughout his work and provided a comprehensive explanation of the completed tasks. His pricing was very reasonable. Jared came out to do an inspection and lubrication of my door. I thought my garage door was pretty quiet before Jared visited, and he showed me just how quiet it could be! He greased/lubricated all the joints, rail, hinges, etc. During this service he noticed several small repairs that needed to be made, and added no expense as I have encountered with other garage door businesses. He also noticed that my door was over extending, placing it into a position where it could not be opened even when released from it's track. He quickly and proficiently adjusted both the opener and the arm that was causing the issue to restore smooth movement. In the future, I will most definitely be using UpDown Garage Doors for any garage needs that I have. Jared is incredibly knowledgeable, capable, courteous, and friendly. He is open about his Christian faith, and you can see that his faith is reflected in how he conducts himself. Jared came to my house, helped me find the perfect garage door for my house , set up a scheduled time to do the install, told me how long the job would take and on the day of install started promptly and finished a bit earlier than the timeframe he had given me. He kept me well informed along the whole process and answered every question I had! Amazing customer service and beautiful finished product!
