Ray came out to review the water damage to my home and set me at ease from the minute he walked in. He listened to my concerns, answered my questions and showed a level of expertise that made me comfortable hiring him on the spot. He took immediate action to bring in fans and dehumidifiers to start the drying out process. His other employees were tied up with other jobs so he personally took on almost all of the work himself. He worked around our schedule and checked out the drying process every day, even over the weekend. More than anything, I appreciated the fact that he communicated well with me and showed up when he said he would. I highly recommend this competent professional.

Ray and his team were fantastic - responsive with a sense of urgency and an eye for quality. Spectrum got our basement dried out and put back together within a week of it flooding. Demonstrated a mastery at what they do. Would absolutely recommend/use them again. Thank you Ray!

Ray, owner of Spectrum cleaning/ Restoration is the most personable and efficient carpet cleaner! he understood the special needs we have and was most accommodating. i think he actually under charges for the quality of his service. he charges per job not by room and that is a big reason we hired him. some companies start and them add in charges as they go. on social security money is almost as important as clean carpets :)

Carpet has never been so clean. Was disgusting. Carpet was installed in the 70's and had sick dogs inside all winter. WOW!
