Triple C did a great job on carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning... In fact, hiring again.

I have worked closely with Triple C for several years now on multiple projects. They are always 100% timely, knowledgeable and professional on any Services I have requested from them. I would highly recommend Triple C for any of their services.

Our technician was Jalen, very professional and competent. We were totally amazed that the carpet could be saved. He did an outstanding job and saved us from replacing the carpet. Thank you from the du Fresne family.

I reviewed them last month and gave them a D rating because my rug did not seem to have been cleaned when I picked it up. Manager Ryan told me he'd refund my money but to my knowledge, he hadn't. In fact, he HAD refunded my credit account the full $186 amount, but he didn't call me to tell me. I only found out when I got my statement in the mail. Because of this refund, I have upgraded my original D to a C.

So far, it looks like Triple C did a good job. They were very friendly, professional, and thorough taking approximately 2 1/2 hours to process 11 registers and 2 returns explaining what they were doing as they progressed. Since my clothes dryer was only 2 years old, it was not necessary to clean it. I would hire them again.

The work was very satisfactory and only took a few hours to clean the carpets.

Technician arrived on time, provided an estimate before conducting any work and explained all work, stretched the carpet, and then cleaned all carpet. After stretching the carpet we were asked to review the work prior to continuing with carpet cleaning. I would definitely recommend and use their service for any future carpet needs.

Receptionist was very personable and articulated that Triple C could handle the job, the cost, and when they could return the clean carpet. Cost was exactly what she quoted and the timing was as projected. Tough place to find but worth the trip.

A different person came out and totally cleaned our carpets again. We are very pleased and will use them again.

We had insurance involved. They were excellent. The only problem we had was the coordinating. We would call one guy and would say that is not my job, it is the other guy's job. They could use better coordination on working with their crew. It was awkward the way that we always had to talk to somebody else. We were very pleased with the results of how that turned out.

Fantastic! I felt I was in professional hands. The owner, Tom Benzeleski, responded first; was very generous with adding equipment and days-to-dry without extra cost; made it clear what the process involved; and was always available if I had a question. His team, especially Brandon, was very knowledgeable and patient to explain the mitigation and process. Restoration resources were provided but never pressured. Tom is a wealth of information for resources you may need, now and in the future, at all price levels. Found out they are now servicing 29 homes in the Gleneagle area that were hit by this flash flood. .I will be using Tom at Triple C for any questions or suggestions of future resources. And since I learned that they also clean carpets, they are my guys.

They did great work. The end results turned out well.

I think they are five-star. The owner/operator, Tom, is smart, reasonable, and gives good information. He also supervises his team well. If I ever needed new carpet, I will call them. I think the quality of the installation was superior.

It was an excellent experience and we would recommend them. They were on time, courteous, and professional.

We did have some debris that was left in a conference room and offices. We brought this to the attention of Triple C and they resolved this promplty.

I left a message with Triple C on Sunday and they got back to me first thing Monday morning with a $95 price quote to clean the full downstairs carpet. The individual they scheduled me with called approx 1 hour prior to my appointment time to let me know that he had finished his prior appointment early. He came straight over and began work right away. He got the job done quickly and was able to completely remove all stains. Final price $75, which was less than I was originally quoted.

My puppy has had several accidents and left my year-old carpet smelly and dingy and not something I wanted my daughter crawling around on. Fed up, I called Triple C after seeing the positive reviews. Tom answered, and re-worked the schedule so that I could have my carpets cleaned the same day. After coordinating, Fredrick showed up on-time, with an energetic, positive attitude. What impressed me the most was the care and attention he took to making sure the job was well done and I was completely satisfied. He took care with my belongings and did not rush or cut corners. All of the stains came out, the carpets look new and smell fresh, and stains are gone. I was very, very pleased with the job and look forward to hiring them again.

The gentleman who came out and cleaned the carpet was punctual, professional, thorough and friendly. A very good job!

Overall, Tripple C did an excellent job for me.

Garbage disposal backup causing dirty food water to drain out of utility room onto carpeted hallway which soaked the carpet and destroyed the pad. I called them at 7:30 AM and they had someone at my house by 8:30 AM to manage the restoration. Came back 48 hours later on time to replace the pad, relay the carpet and reattach molding.

With the extraordinary number of homes that they were cleaning, the first crew they sent was brought up from Louisiana. That crew left a couple things undone, so we asked them to return. Unfortunately, we weren't pleased with the results of even the return visit. Triple C was quick to respond and sent their "best," local team to our house. That crew did an extraordinary job. We were very happy with their responsiveness to our complaint, and the work they ultimately did.
