+ -1 moreMy husband doesn't like them because they charge too much and they don't take as much trash as the last company we used. He is not happy because of the price. The other company we used took twice as much. But, I am happy. They always have been fine. Tri-Lakes comes every Tuesday. They have good quality of service and never leave stuff laying down there. They bring my trash cans halfway up the driveway. We are about to sell our house so after a couple of months we won't be using them.
Description of Work: I use Tri-Lakes Disposal for garbage pickup.

+ -1 moreWe switched from a waste management company homed out of Colorado Springs to tri-lakes disposal. Our service is excellent. On more than one occasion, the neighbors' dogs have torn our trash apart and, although it is not their job, tri-lakes disposal cleaned up the entire mess. The men are courteous and efficient. They go above and beyond customer service expectations!

+ -1 moreThe lady that answered the phone was super nice and extremely helpful. My service was set-up quickly, the can was delivered in time for the following week's pickup, and the guys who did the first pickup were nice enough to move the can well off the road and back onto the property after they emptied the container. It's only been a couple of weeks but I am very happy with the service so far. Tri-Lakes was a bit more expensive than Waste Management but I'm all for supporting local businesses when possible.

+ -1 moreWe never had a problem with Tri Lakes and was actually impressed by them. They never had an issue with extra bags outside the can and were always on time. One thing of note. We had a very long driveway, with a gate about 1/3 of the way in. They were always good about walking the can down the drive a little ways so it was off of the road. On particularly windy days, the collector would walk the can all the way to the gate and put it right against it, so as to prevent the can from blowing into the fence or down the road (I assume this is why it was done). This made an impression on me.

+ -1 moreIt's going very well. They pick up the trash weekly and the recycling 2 x month. They put the barrels down on the ground so they don't blow away.
Description of Work: Living in the outlying area of the springs costs more for trash pickup than in town. I like to recycle as well. I had waste mgmt and the driver for them could not be faulted on anything, but It was their price that made me look at Tri Lakes. They were charging me for fuel costs. Once i looked at Tri lakes I found out Tri lakes provides recycling pick up 2 x a month and they provide a large receptacle for it. And their price for all of this was still cheaper than WM. this way I don't have to save up barrels of stuff (you put it all in one receptacle) and I don't have to load it up and haul it down to the WASTE Mgt site in town, in my 10 mpg truck. This is a win-win for me. They charge 79.00 for 3 months with my sr discount.

+ -1 moreI switched to Tri-Lakes as my garbage service in October and have been very very satisfied with the service. Their pickup is always prompt and they always take the time to get the bin back into my driveway so it is not sitting on the street. I really recommend them.

Description of Work: Weekly trash pickup at house located 1/3 of a mile from road. They pickup on time each week and keep you informed on changes such as weather and holidays. Cost is $71.00/quarter. Owner is actively involved. I don't rate anyone as excellent.

+ -1 moreThey were really nice. I kept the dumpster for a couple of months and it wasn't any extra charge for the extra time. Then, when I was done and I got around to it, they hauled it off. I was very pleased with them. Their normal business is their weekly trash collection and I was their customer for that too. Every week they would pick up the garbage. They were great for that, then when I moved and needed the dumpster they were great for that too. I didn't do a lot of comparison shopping but to give them anything other than an A makes it seem like they were less than perfectly fine so I will give them an A. They'd be my go-to guys if I was still in that area.
Description of Work: I rented a dumpster from Tri-Lakes Disposal. I had it from June until September.
