I've used Torquenet twice over he past 2 years on two different computers. I was most concerned with loosing data files, especially the 1000's of kids' pictures I have stored on the computer. When the computers went down, they went down hard and Bill was able to not only revive my computer but saved everyone one of my children's pictures. I've also always had concern over turning over a computer to big shop since you don't know who could be looking at personal info (banking, taxes, etc). Since Bill was the only guy working on my computer, I felt safe knowing my data was secure. Highly recommend

It went extremely went. I had recently moved into a new home and had no idea how the home network was configured. My co-worker told me about Torquenet so I called for an appointment. Bill Hibbard came to my house and checked the existing wiring. Nothing had been labeled so he tested each cable and determined what room it served, He could have left it at that but instead he labeled all my cables and my data and phone outlets. He then reconfigured the wiring so the network outlets terminated in the 5 rooms I wanted. In two cases, the existing cables did not yet have a connection end so Bill added the endings to make the configuration work. He also assessed my network router settings and made sure the proper security settings were in-place. All along the way, Bill took the time to explain what he was doing and answer all my questions. He also re-tested the entire system after completing the main tasks to make sure everything stil worked together at the very end. It was very obvious to me that Bill knew what he was doing...and even more importantly, that he cared about doing a quality job. I highly recommend Torquenet, and especially Bill Hibbard.
