Tops In CounterTops Inc

Working with this company has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my entire life. They have jerked me around from day one with outright lies and exaggerations, starting with the guy they sent out to take measurements for my countertop, who completely reeked of weed, quoted me 4-6 weeks for installation. Eight weeks later, I still have no sink or countertop in my kitchen (had to wash dishes in the bathtub over Christmas), and they are saying another 2 weeks before installation. Whenever I call them, the phone just rings and rings (apparently they don't use voicemail?) and they just flat out won't respond to email. What an unprofessional bunch of clowns. I sincerely hope that you don't get mixed up with them, they will lie to you, ignore you, and ultimately screw you.

Choosing the slab color was the easy part it fell way off after that. To start with we told them we were going to use our existing sink, they said that would be no problem. I sent them the make and model number for our sink. Something must have been lost in translation because the cutout in the slab was incorrect. Installation was delayed about a week while they searched for a sink that would fit the cutout. Cost me 375.00 for new sink. The second attempt resulted in the installer dropping the new sink and destroying it, and in the process breaking of my sink drain pipe at the wall. They fixed the pipe installed the slab an ordered another sink. While waiting another week for the sink we noticed a long scratch and some marks in the quartz. I also noticed that they cut big notches in my cabinets because now the (new)sink was just a bit too big. When they arrived to install the sink I showed them the marks and the cutouts and was told the scratch would not buff out on-site and the notches were common practice. They removed the entire slab and took it back to the shop to be surface buffed. That failed. So another week is going by while I wait on another slab from their dealer. Here is hoping they cut the correct hole and send their top-notch guys out to install it.

After dealing with another company out of Denver that could not deliver a kitchen and 5 vanities TWICE I found Tops in counter tops and couldn't of made a better choice. They were able to fabricate new counter tops and help me get back on schedule with the construction of my new home. They saw where the other company did a lot of thing incorrect and explained how they would do it and through out the whole process they were in contact with us and sending us drawing and letting us know when they would be ready to installed. There was a minor problem with the last piece in the Kitchen but they were able to come out two days later and finish the installation. And now with the counter tops installed the building of my new home can continue hopefully without further delays.
