+ -1 moreAMAZING! I unequivocally endorse and recommend Top Notch House Cleaning!! My wife and I are both military pilots who frequently travel and do not have the time to regularly clean the house. We hired Top Notch in the summer of 2007 after trying out several other cleaning companies in the Colorado Springs area. Their first cleaning (and the reasonable prices) astonished us and we quickly established a regular, bi-monthly cleaning. Soon thereafter, we simply gave them our garage code and they would let themselves into our home. WE TRUST THEM EMPHATICALLY. Their cleaning abilities are second-to-none and they will cater their services to your desires. Several times over the course of the last seven years, we would ask them to focus on different areas that need more attention. Not only did they spend extra time on those areas, they did so at no extra charge. Their customer service and friendly disposition were always welcome and they NEVER ONCE failed to show. We have recommended them to at least a dozen friends who still use Top Notch to this day. Hire Chris Egan and Top Notch House Cleaning today - you will NOT be disappointed.

+ -1 moreDonna again, is a god sent and does an excellent job and gets along very well with my mom who is disabled. She is very understanding and caring.
Description of Work: Donna has been a god sent to our household. She comes every two weeks and if my mom has an appointment she will come at a later time that is worked out between my mom and her. She makes sure that everything is completed to my moms liking prior to her departure and if anything else needs to be done, she will do it before she leaves. Donna informs my mom additional items that will be done at the next cleaning day so that she will be prepared for additional cleaning to be performed such as baseboards, blinds, etc.

+ -1 moreWe used Top Notch House Cleaning for over two years and have been extremely impressed with both their quality of work and their flexible schedule. Needless to say, when my wife walked through our doors on Fridays after they cleaned she was always happy, which makes me, well, happy. As far as scheduling goes, Chris and his team, would accommodate our needs whenever we asked. This was especially crucial as we were showing our home to potential renters. If we had someone coming on Thur afternoon, they had no problem coming that morning. The best example, however, was our move out cleaning (after we got our renters) where we changed appts no less than three times and despite having a full schedule for the week they agreed to come out on two evenings, 4:30 to 7:00 to clean our entire 3500+ sq/ft house. Completely trust worthy, they have my highest recommendation for anyone with house cleaning needs.
Description of Work: Our cleanings were scheduled bi-weekly and they would arrive at 1 pm and be finished and out of the house before we got home at 4:30. They did wall-to-wall cleaning of approx 2500 sq/ft, to include sweeping/mopping of hardwood floors, vacuuming carpet, changing out linens, window cleaning, dusting all surfaces, trash collection, complete kitchen clean to include my wife's favorite, the coffee pot cleaning.
