+ 2 moreUnreliable- often cancelled last minute or showed up late. Untrustworthy- brought other cleaners into my home when she thought I was not there after being asked not to. Inconsistent- it could be sparkling, eat-off-the-floor, fantastic, or it could look like my kids had done all the cleaning. Often, it was somewhere in the middle. Sloppy- she broke many items in my home- two of them had sentimental value and were irreplaceable. Unprofessional- There are no words for the behavior that followed the severing of the service. It was bad. Shockingly rude and unnecessary.
Description of Work: Housecleaning to include kitchen, living room, dining room, 2 bathrooms, family room and master bedroom.
