Was not informed in the estimate we needed multiple boards replaced. They slopped silicone and paint over rotten boards. They returned this May to do the exact same thing when the paint was clearly not holding as the wood fell apart. I have repaint my entire house after two years and the owner was extremely rude, told me to contact his lawyer and will not send me a copy of his contract or come look at the extensive damage. The trim paint is all over the brick as well.

They got us on the schedule quickly, then came and did the house in 2 days.

We had the exterior of our house and a detached shed painted and some interior patching & painting. After some delay because of weather Carlos and his crew came and did the power washing and caulking. Then Juan and his wife came and continued the prep work and finished the job. I was very impressed with the quality of their work.

Paint Doctor did a pretty good job doing on a whole house repainting and some stucco patches on my home. Iâ m quite satisfied with the results. There was some miscommunication I think between the sales person and the painting crew as far as what steps in the painting process they would be utilizing, but the overall/end result looks really good and Iâ m happy with it (at present.) They warranty their work for 10 years (maybe more) and use high quality Sherwin Williams products so I am anticipating that it will continue to look beautiful for years to come. If not, I was told they will come back and make it right. I think they will. They were pretty easy to work with and the most professional of the four companies I asked to quote the project. Very polite and professional. Iâ d recommend them and would hire them again if I had a similar project.

Joe from the Paint Doctor gave us an honest and fair bid to pressure wash, repair damaged areas, stain and paint our home. David and his crew came a few weeks later and did all the work in 3 days. They were professional and did an amazing job!

This company was so far superior to a previous company we used (Steve and Sons) that it restored our faith in "some" small businesses. Their focus was to complete our job before going on to another, and we greatly appreciated that.

Just an overall super unpleasant experience after the initial walkthrough meeting. Very, very poor communication throughout, really shoddy painting (several areas where there are big drip clusters running down the wall), not at all professionally done. The estimator/coordinator, Joe, was friendly, a very good talker and I really trusted him. I was so grateful to feel that I had people who cared and I would tell them this all the while not realizing that they didn?t really even show care for my project, I believe likely because I have an older house. Joe didn?t even bother to check on the work until he wanted payment which I foolishly gave him prematurely as I was preoccupied with my move and with an out-of-town trip. That he didn?t look at the ?completed? job in our walk through and say, ?Whoa, wait a minute, this is not up to par,? blows my mind. And my overly nice demeanor totally bit me in the behind. So many flaws and when I asked for corrections, the ?team? came the next day and touched up with the wrong color in my kitchen. Oh, and they knew it was wrong because they are the ones who told me they had run out of the right one and then just didn?t bother to go get a new can. Geez, like I wouldn?t see that it was the lighter shade of blue on a big patch of my wall?! They also put a couple cabinet drawers back before they were dry so they were stuck shut and when I got them opened, of course, the paint ripped off. They also painted the track for my sliding glass insert cabinets which were then stuck. They painted over vents, switches, door knobs?ugh! And when I pointed this out, Joe tells me, ?Simple Green will take that off.? What the heck? Paint Doctor should take that off!!! No wait, a professional painter would never paint over those things. Needless to say, I?ve spent countless hours touching up. Trying to feel some gratitude but just feeling pretty sad and angry. Seriously, I?m not a picky, unreasonable person. I just expect a descent, PROFESSIONAL, paint job for nearly 10K!!! Hard, expensive lesson learned. Thanks for letting me vent.

FIVE STARS! We had a custom stone fireplace project that turned out amazing. We ended up doing a stain and faux finish and the stone looks completely natural like it was here all along. We are thrilled with the results. I highly recommend this company as they are reliable, responsive, and provide quality finishes.

They did a great job! They were timely, reasonably priced, and did quality work. Our 20 year old house hadn't been painted since it was built. They pressure washed, cleaned, caulked, scraped and painted. It looks like a brand new house! They were extremely quick and efficient, even in the dead of winter with unpredictable weather. Very professional and took the time to walk through with us and make sure every single detail was perfect and how we wanted it. Cheapest quote we got by a long shot and the job they did is incredible. Highly highly recommend!!
