We're not perfect and there will be a hiccup now and again. But we don't make excuses... we fix it. The right way. I will be available by e-mail, text, or phone if / when you need me. I'll not be stuck behind a desk never to be seen. I'll be at the job-site, showing all of the options, and helping everyone through the project. My vendors and I have had great relationships through the many years and will still allow me to provide the best quality products in the industry. With the cooperation of great partnerships like these, it allows all of us to win. I'll never bash anyone that I've worked with or for. I'll simply win over everyone who wants to do the best quality job by hard work, determination, and exacting standards. With me being the person showing up to measure, I can also quote on the spot in most cases. This means you can immediately approve, I can take payment, and e-mail you your receipt. Speeding up the entire process by 1 - 2 business days right off the bat. Also, this limits error. There is no 'lost in translation' issues from information being passed from one hand to another. After you approve, I can simply place the order and alert you as soon as your materials arrive to schedule installation. Then, a professional, skilled team will install at the earliest available time-slot based on our schedule and yours. But, again, our hours aren't so limited so we'll have much more flexibility. Which means we’re not running on banker’s hours. We’ll be available when needed.
