Superior Cleaning & Carpet Care

It's about 2700 square feet all together of carpeting, wood flooring, and tile in the bathroom. They are always easy to schedule with. I have moved this appointment a couple of times. They show up when they are suppose to show up. They estimate very well as to how long they will be there. They give me an estimate upfront. They come in and measure all at once and stick to what their estimate is. The carpet feels clean when they are done. It is damp and has to dry. When it dries, it doesn't feel like there is soap on it. I found them originally from an advertisement on the radio. I have used them for years and years. I shopped around and they did a really good job, so I stuck with them.

It was horrible. I lost my money. Still had to get my carpets cleaned by someone else.

College kids did the work. Not professionals.

The service was alright. They were on time. It was just one guy I think. They are fine. I would tell a friend that if they needed a carpet cleaned, they do a good job. I guess now in today’s standard, I used to get them cleaned cheaper, but it costs. He did the whole house. He was professional.

I can't get a reply. They haven't gotten back to me. I'm willing to change/modify this review once they come do it, but I've written emails and left voicemails and can't get in touch.

As expected. Timely, professional, and well priced.

Once I was able to get on the schedule, I was very pleased. Pleased enough to schedule regular cleanings every two weeks with April.

My experience with them was good. They stayed with the Big Deal price. They were friendly and did a good job.

They did a good job. There were no additional charges. They were efficient and they did a good. I had no issues with them.

April arrived at the scheduled time & did not leave early. She was friendly, thorough and professional. I was pleased with her work and would recommend her and Superior Cleaning. It was well worth the price. Glad we did it.

The provider never showed up as scheduled. An appointment was made for services on 11/20/2014--almost a month ago--and yet did not honor the appointment. This is unacceptable, and I will be requesting a full refund.

We purchased these services to help us prepare for the holidays and the arrival of family. We scheduled our appointment accordingly; just days before their arrival. Nicolle contacted us the friday before the appointment to confirm. On Monday they were to arrive between 9-10 am. At 11 am I called the company and left a voicemail, asking when they expected to arrive. Again at noon, I had not heard anything and called leaving a voicemail; again asking them to call. At 1 pm I called again, and when they did not answer this time, I chose to not leave message. At almost 2 pm, Nicolle called an d left a message stating that she was very sorry about what had happened. That their employee had car trouble and was to have called to let me know. Nicolle then offered to come out the following day (Tuesday) to provide the services as promised. I called her back almost immediately, leaving a message accepting her offer, and asked that she call and let me know if she would be sending one or two employees. I never heard from Nicolle, but anticipated her arrival on Tuesday morning. Tuesday morning again I waited but no one arrived. At 10:15am, I called and left a voicemail again with Nicolle. I told her I had expected their arrival this morning to provide cleaning services as offered the day before in her voicemail. I asked that she call me within 30 minutes and speak to me about the second no-show for services. At 11:00 I received a message via Angie's list stating that she had not heard from me yesterday, and that she was going to be a way from the office for two days due to a death in the family. She offered two additional hours of service at no charge at a future date. At this time I have declined her offer and asked for a refund of money for services purchased and not performed. While Nicolle stated that this was not their normal way of doing business, I am no longer willing to pay for whatever is their normal way of doing business. The inability to get of a hold of anyone at the office regarding services and the lack of professionalism by the employees to uphold a commitment, have convinced me to entrust my time and my money to another company.

Nicole is the owner and Gretchen did the house cleaning. They were both very good.

Evan & April arrived a bit after the scheduled time, but not too long. They were very friendly and enthusiastic. They were agreeable with my recommendations and got to work right away. They were efficient and thorough. I appreciated that they asked questions, as it was their first time cleaning my home. I am pleased with the quality of the work and will definitely use them again.

Great! Gretchen was thorough and fast. I have already scheduled a return visit and will use Superior cleaning and Gretchen weekly following the holidays.

Gretchen did and excellent job cleaning the floors and bathrooms. We could tell she did a thorough job on the bathrooms and made the house fresh again. Great job!! She did the baseboards and dusted all around the home. Thanks!!

Evan and April came out to clean, and they couldn't have been any nicer or friendlier. Evan is a very enthusiastic young man, and both of them were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They did a wonderful job, and I couldn't have been any happier with the results. I will definitely be requesting the two of them again, and would definitely recommend them both to anyone needing a good housecleaning. Thank you Evan and April! You guys are the best! :)

I paid $59.00 for 3 hours of house cleaning. They showed up about 3.5 hours late. No one called me to let me know they were going to be late. I finally called them. When they arrived rather than 2 people for 1.5 hours they sent 3 people for 1 hour. They rushed through the house. The cleaning was very poor. They dusted around things rather than moving items and dusting the whole platform. We had to ask them to clean the refrigerator, dishwasher and the stove as they were getting ready to leave. They left dirty dishes in the sink. I had previously asked that they do additional work and left $50.00 on the counter for that additonal work. They did not perform the additional work and they took the $50.00. I have called them twice and sent them an email. They have not responded to my inquiries. They left a receipt for $50.00 that clearly said additional work for a total of 3 hours. They did not provide the addtional 3 hours of work.

There are no details other than this company does not return phone calls or emails.
