Description of Work: He got my email account with Mozilla functioning again, and my printer printing fast again in a short time. I had part of my 2 hrs left, but there wasn't anything else I was concerned about. He said he didn't think I needed "a tune-up".

Description of Work: Mr. Ray did a complete and extensive in-house computer tune-up on my computer, removing malware and improving speed and scrolling ability. He even installed two new memory sticks which he supplied. I was very satisfied with his knowledge of computers and the service that he provided.

He knows his stuff and will tell you facts about the hardware and software, what is good and bad. He's very nice and pleasant. Not the typical IT guy that speaks over your head and is socially awkward. I highly recommend him.
