+ -1 moreSmooth talker and we thought the work was going well. Deck repair had to be fixed by someone else. He crushed one of our gutter down spouts and never replaced it. We have to go buy one and replace it ourselves now. The roof repair is unfinished. We have to hire another roofing company to repair what is still left and also check the work that was done. It took twice as long to get the work done from Sullivan Roofing and the excuses were numerous and frustrating. Do not use this company.
Description of Work: Brian Sullivan was recommended by my realtor to fix the roof and deck of a home we were purchasing. At first it seemed that Sullivan Roofing was doing a great job but as time went on, the work kept getting delayed. He said he was finished with the work but we've found some issues with his repair and he said he guaranteed his work. After several calls and more delays, we had to move on. We are in the process of calling another company to fix his work.

+ -1 moreOur experience working with them was excellent. They arrived on time. They worked really hard. They completed the work in 3 days. They were clean and we’ve had no problems with them.
Description of Work: We used Sullivan Roofing. They completed the roofing work, four months ago. They scrapped off three layers of shingles and put a new asphalt shingle roof on.
