Six hours late for the appointment, flooded our house when they removed the faulty part, would not return calls, never expressed any remorse or offered to make it right. I finally had to drive to the store to retrieve my part to take it to a reputable company. Do not use Springs Spas or trust Robert Stuart, the owner.
