UPDATE: "Someone" filed a privacy complaint about my first video on YouTube because I used Robert Stuart's full name (against YouTube policy), attempting to suppress negative information on a technicality. That's a strange complaint because as you can see on this site, Robert Stuart's name is openly posted here by the business and it's also on the business' own website. I've reposted the video substituting Rxxxxx Stuart at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7dDjv1LchA0. Six hours late for the appointment, flooded our house when they removed the faulty part, would not return calls, never expressed any remorse or offered to make it right. I finally had to drive to the store to retrieve my part to take it to a reputable company. Do not use Springs Spas or trust Robert Stuart, the owner. We purchased a refurbished spa from this dealer. We chose them due to the fact they boasted of integrity as Christians and previous Military service. The spa was to be at out home and fully functional by the end of April. We had a deployment party scheduled for my husband May 11, 2012- no spa! We called and they said it wasn't ready therefore they couldn't adhere to their agreement. They finally brought us the tub but it was NOT functionally and leaked water EVERYWHERE. It is now June 23, 2012 and the spa still doesn't work correctly. The owners would not give us a refund. We were told "well you bought a used tub". Very disappointing. The leaks were fixed but the tubs jets still don't work properly. I would NEVER recommend this establishment to ANYONE-BEWARE
