+ 1 moreAs a property manager, I often need someone to get repairs and other work done. Gary Carlile has been willing to do small and fairly large projects, despite it being something that would not interest a major company. He's been reliable, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and insightful - all traits that have been valuable in the variety of work where he's been needed.
Description of Work: Various work, on multiple dates, including: Painting, repairs, irrigation repair, electrical work, replacing (hard to get to) light bulbs, reviewing property/ies for recommendations, etc.
