Specialized Carpet Upholstery & Air Duct Cleaning

They called to say they would be a little late and showed up at the new arrival estimate. Looked over the house and gave me an estimate on the cost which I thought was very fair. Then they got right to work cleaning the carpets on three levels of the house and all the stairs - it's a four level house. The carpets looked great when they were finished. We'll use them again at our new house.

We have used Billy several times over the last few years. He is very thorough, very professional and very easy to work with.

Thorough and professional service from scheduling through completion of the work. Service technician asked for a description of dryer condition, explained each phase of the work and answered questions then allowed me to see via camera the condition of the interior of dryer before and after cleaning. The crew videotaped cleaning vent from exterior of house, so that we could see debris that was removed. Service provider called a few days later to verify that dryer vent still operating correctly and to ask if there were any follow up questions. Excellent service and value.

We have used Billy for general cleanings in the past - usually twice a year for the past 3 years. He has always been amazing to work with. He is extremely polite and courteous and very very honest. I always feel very comfortable about him working in my home when my husband is away. His work is impeccable. We have white carpet, I mean WHITE. Cotton ball white. I had requested new flooring several years ago but lost that battle after Billy cleaned the carpets and proved they could look new again. He is now our go-to guy. Anyway, today I arrived home from work to find the wonderful surprise my German Shepherd left for me - all over the family room. Vomit in the corners of the room - feces in the middle - and a blend all in between from my dog frolicking in it. After staring at it in horror for a few minutes trying to decide how to even try to clean it, I instead called Billy to see if there was anyway he could come by tonight. Of course he could - he's amazing. He was finishing a job off Dublin and Powers, but would rush up to Monument as soon as he finished there. He was here within 45 minutes. 90 minutes and about 5 different steps later (seriously - it was a huge mess) you would never even know it happened. I will always always always recommend him.

They just did a good job. The workers were very nice. It was a lot of carpet to clean and the price was good.
