+ -1 moreMy push Mower (Craftsman 22" cut) after 10 year of faithful operation would not start. Called small engine repair and the diagnosed the most likely problem and gave me an estimate. Guy on the phone is a not very talkative or pleasant, but is knowledgable. I took my mower in and they confirmed that it was indeed the carburetor and that it would take 3 days to complete the repair, given their back log. Their estimate was within 30 cents of the actual cost and the mower was ready on the day they said it would be, so the work quality is good, and they are accurate, just not as friendly and professional to get an overall "A" rating from me.
