+ -1 moreWe had a major remodeling that touched almost every room in our house. Kathy Speas and her husband, Andy Sikora, are a great team. Kathy does the design and Andy and their outstanding subcontractors do the handiwork. They communicated well with us and each other and the end result was superb. We had granite installed, tiling redone, plumbing work, appliances installed, refinishing, repainting, and recarpeting. All of it went well. Over the past 30+ years, we have worked with several remodelers. These folks were the best in every aspect – and that’s saying a lot!
Description of Work: We have almost every room in our house remodeled in some way. The largest job was in our kitchen, to include: * granite countertops * new tile back splash * refinished cabinets * new stovetop * new sink & disposal * new carpet * painting of walls & ceiling * electrical work * refinishing of furniture
