SharpSight was incredibly friendly and worked with us throughout the entire process. We had started with an offer on one house, only to have things fall through before the inspection was performed. SharpSight offered us a refund or a credit towards another inspection. Since we knew we were moving for work and wanted to buy the credit made sense to us. We selected another home, and scheduled the inspection, only to have some more hurdles delay the acceptance of the offer and requiring us to reschedule the inspection on short notice. Throughout all of this, SharpSight was professional, friendly, and so helpful! I don't want to move again any time soon, but if we do, SharpSight is the gold standard we will measure all other inspections against.

Thorough and detailed inspection, well documented with photos and videos of the various items of defects and areas needing attention. The inspector's services were a good value for the money. The inspector and report exceeded my expectations, with the only exception being that I paid an extra $100 for a well water quality report which turned out to be only a test for the presence of bacteria instead of a thorough analysis for heavy metal or other chemicals in the water like I expected.

Joe arrived on time and explained exactly what he was going to be doing both on the outside and inside of the house. He allowed me to accompany him throughout the inspection, pointing out both positive and negative things he was seeing. He answered my questions in a courteous and professional manner, taking time to explain things to my satisfaction. He did a thorough job and at the end of his inspection, he showed me the pictures he'd taken and went through his findings with me and my realtor. He provided a comprehensive report the next day. I am extremely satisfied with SharpSight Home Inspections, would use them again, and will recommend them to others.

Joe provided a very detailed inspection, with recommendations and solutions to the issues present in the home we are buying. This provides us with a short list of items to request of the seller and a list of additional items to do ourselves in the coming months.

Inspection and the report was very detailed. He was able to do our inspection on a very short notice ( I called him on Tuesday and he did it on Friday). He made good recommendations on any repairs that were needed and was especially thorough on safety problems. The person I booked the appointment with was very pleasant too. I hired Sharpsight to do a home inspection for me in Canon City last week. Joe greeted me with excitement and said, "Are you ready to get to know your new house?" I didn't think I would enjoy an inspection so much, but working with Joe was great. As a woman, I was so happy he didn't talk down to me, but explained everything respectfully and simply and I felt like I knew what needed fixing and felt like it was all possible. I actually feel excited to get things fixed. He's thorough and his report is top notch professional and detailed. His price is really reasonable too, especially considering he drove to another town. I went the the SharpSight website and found it very easy to make an appointment. The amount of time it took to set the appointment and fill out the paperwork was minimal and I had my report the next day! Joe was punctual and very thorough. We have been living in this house for 7 years and had the home inspected when we first bought it. Now, we are considering selling in the next few years and wanted to get an inspection to see what issues may need to be addressed before putting it on the market. The inspector, Joe, arrived on time and got to work immediately. He was very thorough with his inspection and didn't seem to mind answering some of my questions along the way. He was friendly with my dogs and was careful to make sure they didn't get out when he was inspecting the outside of the house. After he was done, he took some time to discuss his findings with me, especially highlighting some of the more serious issues. The very next day we received our inspection report. The report was very detailed and contained multiple photos of the areas that needed attention. This report has been very helpful in prioritizing what we need to do before we sell our house.
