I cannot recommend Serv Pro.
Description of Work: They were sent out from our insurance company. Misdiagnosed our water leak and said there was major mold which the insurance company wouldn't cover. Therefore, they were gone! The insurance adjuster when he finally got there 5 days later said there was no mold and covered the claim. If you use Serv Pro, you deserve what you get. We used another company who, while not perfect, did the work and made a lot of money.

+ -1 moreThree people came in and for the estimate and measurement and were very friendly and professional in their conduct and appearance. After I accepted the estimate, two of the workers stayed and completed the work. Let lead cleaner stopped often to show many any potential problems and what they were doing. He was seemed very concerned about how we felt the job was going and that we were happy with the progress. They did a very nice job. The area rugs were taken away for cleaning and returned a few days later looking very nice. The price for the carpet cleaning was very low. Both of my rugs were high quality, old rugs so they ran quite a bit more due to the special care. I very much recommend this company. First class service from top to bottom at a very nice price. They were prompt, professional and did very good work.
Description of Work: They cleaned the carpet in the house and took two very large area rugs to clean in their offices.
